Dr. Topper took care of my leg veins!

Dr. Topper performed my hernia surgery. He was nice and made me feel very comfortable initially. However, there were complications and now, almost two years later, I still experience pain and one of my testicles appears about 3 times the size of the other one. He sent me for two ultrasounds and one MRI and could not determine the problem.Then he eventually just stopped returning my calls.

Last year in August, I went to Dr. Robert Topper for a consultation. I paid for the consultation and did not get the procedure done. I was surprised in January when I received another bill for Dr. Topper for a procedure I never had done. The new medical assistant in his office insisted that I owed the money. I paid it, even though I disagreed with her. A few days ago I received another bill for Dr. Topper. This is not right at all! Take my advise and never use Dr. Topper for anything!
