Dr. Levy Listens. With each 3 of my visits with him, he has been very very thorough; he would review my past medical history before even engaging with me regarding my current concerns. Bonus point, he stepped into the room ahead of time to apologise for being behind time before he revisits with other patients.

First of all, let me say I like Dr. Levy personally, and I’ve seen him for 3 colonoscopies over the last 10-12 years and a few times for other things. However, his support staff seems less than competent, which is why I have decided to change doctors.

Dr. Levy does a fine job and if not for his staff, I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately he is insulated by an office staff that is inefficient and deceptive. I doubt he's aware of the disservice they do to him. I'd be happy to share details to any interested party.
