List of Salomon Salama's Reviews
My wife an appointment for 3pm August 8th. We arrived by 2:40 to fill out paperwork. It was completed by 2:50. There were at least 3 other people that arrived after us and we're taking in ahead of us. The receptionist said they had already made out their paperwork. It just a lame excuse. It was our first time there. Not very nice.
Dr Daniel Salama is my ophthalmologist, and I couldn’t be more pleased being under his care. His exams are always thorough. As a patient with glaucoma, he manages my pressure with keen attentiveness. Dr Salama recently performed cataract surgery on my right eye. He’s proven success in that area too. It’s a good feeling to have confidence in a physician responsible for your total eye care. The staff, as well, couldn’t be nicer. All around it’s a pleasure to visit Dr Salama’s office.
I had three different refractions in Dr Salama's office for reasons too complicated to go into. I sent Dr Salama a lengthy letter following my visits to his office, expressing my dissatisfaction. I totally expected his getting in touch with me when he read my letter, as any caring doctor would have done. He never contacted me to straighten out my problem. I will find another doctor who cares.
I went for a simple follow up to my blepharitis, which is a fancy word for a stye. The doctor wanted to dilate my eyes and give me a full exam, which I’d just had 2 months ago. This is after making me wait for 40 minutes. He was rude and crude so I walked out.
Charged me $130 for something I never asked for and I was not notified of the charge until years later.
Our entire family goes to Dr. Salama and we only have great things to say. Dr. Salama is great with adults and teenagers . . . he is also goes beyond questions a doctor would ask in the sense that he connects to us in such a caring sincere way. We see the importance of going to him over getting a rudimentary exam in an eyeglass store as his training makes a huge difference awith resepct to evaluating the health of our eyes and vision both imperative to the way we live our lives.
I did not see him. I Called to make an initial apt and the receptionist was so curt that I decided to pass. Too bad when a dr has staff that negatively impact his business.
Been going to Dr. Salama for 25+ years. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, capable and very patient-friendly.
I went to Dr Salama years ago before I moved to Boynton Beach. He’s a great doctor. Very knowledgeable in his field of work.
The most conscientious ophthalmologist I’ve ever been to. Very caring and knowledgeable. Great staff as well. I would recommend Dr. Salama and his office without reservations to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
