The office is run very nicely with high tech but easy to use check in software. Even though their office is usually busy they seem to have procedures in place to make it work efficiently. The Dr. was compassionate and a good listener and wanted to help me with my pain immediately. I would highly recommend this practice!

My experience with this doctor and his office was outstanding. At first, the appointment booking was quick and efficient and I did not have to wait on the phone hours for the appointment clerk, as usually happens with medical offices. Then, the check-in process was swift; it helped a lot that they sent me a questionnaire to my email, so I did not have to spend time answering questionnaires in the office. Then, the waiting time for the doctor was just a couple of minutes, which was a pleasant surprise because several times I had experiences of having to wait for 60-90 minutes. Then, first, the doctor's nurse came and to asked me questions about my problem and I was positively surprised about her knowledge and professionalism. A few minutes later came the doctor who took appropriate time to know about my problem. I liked very much that he did not rush, which is very usual in medical offices. After a couple of exams, I was informed about how to treat my illness and was asked if I had questions. Definitively, if needed, I would return to this office and doctor.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff are great and very nice i would recommend this place to anyone, wait time is good, i love going to this office, i feel comfortable around the doctors and staff and they answered all questions. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Menashehoff, (aka Sina which is his first name), is a knowledgeable, kind Dr. who makes me feel like he has my best interest at heart. He really listened to my concerns and took them into consideration in developing a treatment plan.
