Sol Guerrero's Online Review Report Card

My husband lots of medical problem When we asked doctor to submit prioritization for diabetic medication it was never done and it is impossible to get life person on a phone.

Unfortunately I did not have insurance for a few months so I could not see the doctor. I have now been trying to call the office to schedule for 5 days, literally, both morning and afternoon. I can upload the call log. Apparently I am always the 1st in the call line but they never answer or it hangs up if I am on the line too long. I love Dr. Guerrero, and she helped me a lot, but I need an office that can answer, my time is important as well. Only reason for the 2 stars is the Doctor, it would have been a 1 star service without her.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Each time I call I’m on hold for more then 30+ minutes or they hang up on me. I had a tele health appointment at 2:45, paid my $75 copay 3 days before my appointment. Waited for 20 minutes before I called the office to tell them hat I am waiting on the zoom call for her to start. Waited another 35+ minutes for them to hang up on me twice and put me on hold three times. Didn’t even hear anyone greet me saying I’m you my to put you on hold. Straight to hold with no one speaking to me. Very frustrated with the front desk at this clinic.

La Dra Sol fue un regalo del cielo en un momento de gran incertidumbre. Ella es una doctora increíble con excelentes modales y experiencia.Muy profesional y acertada en su diagnóstico.Tuve una experiencia terrible con otro médico pero, mi primera consulta con la Dra Sol me sentí muy cómoda y sentí la confianza de que ella se encargaría de todo y así lo hizo!Pasó mucho tiempo discutiendo conmigo mis síntomas y revisando el historial médico anterior para asegurarse de que tenía una visión completa de mis síntomas. Solicito exámenes complementarios y cambio todos los medicamentos equivocados que me habían recomendado anteriormente y que estaban empeorando mi salud.No podría haber pedido a nadie mejor. No solo es la mejor profesional médica en su campo, sino que, es un excelente ser humano que se preocupa por sus pacientes.Estoy profundamente agradecida con la Dra Sol y su personal por su atención y servicio, ellos me brindaron una atmósfera de mucha comodidad. El personal de la oficina es asombroso. Son amables, corteses, atentos y tratan de acomodar a los pacientes lo mejor que puedan.Recomiendo mucho la Dra. Sol!

I love doctor Sol Virginia! She really cares for her patients. She always willing to help their patients. She is the best endocrinologist I ever knoqn.

I had the same problem with the lying, lazy staff workers. They just couldn't care less. That said, there's one there who's a sweetheart. Dr. Guerrero has been great at explaining, working out my thyroid issues, etc. I took off a star for her staff who also 'didn't get my VM for THREE DAYS!'. Seriously? To make an appointment takes that long? She and her patients deserve a much better team.

I just found out bc I used the curse word the dr used in quotes they never published it so here it is again with a follow up I speak to people every day about their health conditions so I know how scary they can be. I have struggled with something for most of my life and it is a serious thing to me. This terrible DR. made me feel like I was stupid for my questions and any information I had gathered. She patronized me and when I didn't completely agree with her breakdown. She then called in another DR for a "Consult" who said "Looks God 0@mn normal to me" I left this place in tears STAY AWAY!! Follow up 3 years later After some hard work and some science I’ve lost 80 pounds and have a real chance had a great life. My primary Doctor Who is nothing like this lady told me there’s a very good chance I will be the oldest living person in my neighborhood at some point. Don’t let any doctor ever shame you The truth is She’s just a bad dr. Find a different one!

She is the best Endocrinologist in town. She is caring, takes the time to explain everything you need to know, The staff is overall okay.

Love her, spends time with you, no rushing explains all your lab results. She makes you very comfortable.
