I would no even give her office even one star. Left message for Dr. Gibson two weeks ago have not heard from her .Very rude staff.

Such a great physician who spends the necessary time with you. The nurse does call you back when you need an issue addressed or medication intervention. Trying to get through to make appointment change is a huge challenge. The message is always that you are caller number 2 in the que and when it finally says you are the next caller you get a recording to leave a message. Problem is no one returns your call timely. Today was my third message in as many days.

Dr Gibson is great! She is an amazing and professional doctor plus a great human being! However, the staff at Tenet is TERRIBLE. They take long lunches, don't return phone calls, and hang up on you. Good luck requesting a refill. I had to call 5 times and they were still at lunch time after 2 hours, and the lady who finally answered the call didn't even bother to answer my questions, she just hung up on me. Rude! At this point I have no idea if the medicine will be refilled or not and I need it urgently.
