Stephanie Lay's Online Review Report Card

I have not been a fan of going to Doctor’s. I scheduled with Dr. Lay based on a referral. I found Dr. Lay to be a direct and clear communicator and a great listener. I was very happy with my visit and all of the staff. I would recommend Dr. Lay if you need a physician or are looking to make a change.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lay’s for over 7yrs. I am never rushed, concerns addressed, thorough, compassionate. I am pleased with the staff and love Krista, nurse at the office.

Dr. Lay is an incredible doctor. She is extremely thorough and addressed each and every concern with care. She explained everything in a way I can understand. My husband and my father also see her because she’s the best.

First off, If you're looking for a primary care/family doctor who you can rely and depend on for all of your medical needs for many years, I would not recommend Dr. Stephanie. All of the staff that work with her are amazing and very kind. However, in all the visits I've had with her, not a single one has been without her having an attitude, with her even starting arguments with me and other patients that I know. For some reason she is never in a good mood, and she will always rush you even if it means ignoring important information that you are trying to give her. When you see any primary care/Family physician, you expect to be treated with respect, patience and of course kindness. Since, these are your go-to doctors for any and all concerns related to your health. But after every visit with Dr. Lay, you will instead end up feeling disrespected, rushed, and just overall annoyed with your visit. Is she knowledgeable? In my opinion, she is. However, she treats patients very coldly without any emotion, and expects you to already know everything about medicine so she doesn't have to explain anything herself(and she won't, at least not during my visits with her). If you still want to try her out, then at least go into your visit knowing what to expect. And don't allow her to bully or rush you (she will). Stick up for yourself and go to another doctor if she does not work out.

I met with Dr Lay today to establish a primary caregiver. While I had no concerns she was very thorough on the intake and I know if a problem does arise I'm fortunate to have her. There is a reason she has 4.9 stars out of 1200 ratings and she definitely deserves it!

Dr. Lay and her staff are superior in every way. They take their time, they listen, and all are very knowledgeable and caring. They ask questions and listen to your responses. Almost makes going to the doctor fun!

I’m 75 years old, and have been to many doctors over the decades. I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Lay and! her staff are superior for every category of medical services you might desire. 5+! Seek her assistance!

It was my son’s with special needs and first time visit with Dr. Stephanie Lay. She was very nice with my son. She spoke very patiently to my son and makes him comfortable to not to get nervous. All the staff and the Nurses are very kind. Since its also my son’s first blood works they handle it in a very nice way. For me Dr. Stephanie Lay is the best Dr. in town. I will give her a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing doctor, caring and thorough. The office is also well run and effective; felt safe during Covid times and highly recommend. I feel the care is proactive and efficient. Thank you Dr. Lay
