Stephen Milan, Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Milan is an excellent doctor. I met with him in the past and he is quite good. The problem is his office and staff are a disaster. No one ever answers the phone, ever. You get sent to a voicemail that no one ever calls back from. My appointment, just like someone else commenting here, kept getting changed over and over last year. The last time they called me to reschedule, the date they offered had a conflict with a business trip, so I said I would call back to reschedule. I left messages and I never got a call back. I tried for 3 days this week to reach someone at this office to get a refill and schedule my past due check up and I had to give up. I found a new pulmononigst and I have an appointment with them soon. It's amazing the other office answered immediately and gave a date instead of sending me to a voicemail hell. Why in the year 2025 are we doing this? No email, no online appointment a voicemail box that no one seems to be checking. If you are a new patient looking for a pulmonologist just forget about this office, it's a complete waste of time unfortunately. Which is sad because I found Dr. Milan to be quite good.

I have been a patient of this office for two years. I called for an appointment because I had a terrible cough and shortness of breath. Left two messages….. Three weeks later - four doctor visits (not with them) and one overnight hospital stay- I feel better but still have not received a call back.

don't bother. you have to leave a voice mail on a "very high volume line" (their words, not mine). After a week i called back and got sent to another voice mail, and then got put on hold forever.

Dr. Milan and staff were amazing,friendly, and professional. They got my dad in very quickly for his 1st appointment and Dr.Milan took his time and explained everything to my dad and myself so we understood everything. Also Marsha and Michelle were very patient with me due to we had to wait on referrals from his primary care office. I would recommend this office and Dr. To everyone they were wonderful.

Absolute Terrible Office. I guess the doctor is ok, but his staff doesn't answer the phone or they just pick up and hang up, It is impossible to get through to the doctor! They just don't care, very frustrating when you leave two messages and they never ever call back. Crappy Customer service. They say they are busy so they have an excuse not to call, but terrible customer is terrible care no matter. Stay away from this office!!!

Stephen Milan - Pulmonologist Dr. Milan was amazing: Did a lung biopsy, referred me right away to the Toracic Surgeon and went to visit me every day at the hospital. He was fast, knowledgable, kind etc. I am so happy that he is one my angels.

Dr Milan was fine by me. Did my biopsy will continue to see him in the future.

The doctor is fine and professional, however, the office receptionist is rude and short tempered. It was very difficult to explain my request to her. I asked if I could download a report and she became agitated trying to explain that it's not possible. She hung up rudely.

After reading all the negative reviews of the Boca Raton office I still made the appointment with Dr. Milan, Got to the office 15 min. early like every other doctors office wants you to for a. 9:00 am appt. Would not even open window to talk to me until 9:00 am, and told me my Doctor won't be available but can see a nurse instead or reschedule. This office refused 5 referral's from my primary and just trashed them because one code was incorrect, instead of contacting my Primary for correct code. This took almost two weeks to correct, Now I'm supposed to make another appt. Yes, now I understand why so many BAD reviews on google. the office staff lives up to there reviews, My advice find another Pulmonary Dr. these people don't care about your time or you, and there attitude shows. Very poorly run office.

If I can give zero i would. This office kept rescheduling the appointment and postponing, four times in all, and kept my mother in this situation for more than three months. I was willing to wait because the doctor speaks Spanish and has seen my mother before. This practice of canceling appointments and rescheduling to one particular patient is a lack of respect and consideration towards the patient.
