Dr. Patel is very good. However, his staff has not returned my call to make a follow up appointment. I have been in and out of the hospital and July and June left numerous messages for them to give me a call back to schedule a follow up visit as it is very important and no one has called me as of yet I am very disappointed and considering going to a different doctor. I am now looking for a different hematologist and annoyed that I have to start this whole process over. I recommend the person that is Rita needs to find a different Doctor Who will value your time who will value your service, and not treat you like a non-factor.

I went to Dr Patel for a second opinion. Dr Patel explained to me more than any other doctor ever did. I will be switching to Dr Patel without any hesitation.

Dr Patel is a caring and compassionate physician. He understood how nervous I was walking into his office. He put myself and my family at ease and explained all the results of my tests and his treatment plan. Great bedside manner. The BEST!!!!

Similar to previous reviews....I am flabbergasted at how poorly Dr Patel and his office treats patients. The Dr and his staff have the temerity to charge money for lab and other diagnostics and not have the decency to return weekly telephone calls in pursuit of your results. Worse still, is that they will make follow-up appointments with patients and NOT KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS. I have been waiting for 3 months for diagnostic tests and they have neither called, mailed, or contacted me or my referring GP. They have also failed to reschedule my follow-up appointments that THEY have missed. Please save yourself the heartache, the wasted time, and your effort by not employing this so called physician. Dr Patel and staff are a complete and utter abomination to the medical field; they should be ashamed of themselves for even opening up their office day after day. I cannot strongly urge you enough to stay as far away from this so called "practice" as possible.

0Star. I have been calling that doctor office to schedule an appointment that my primary doctor gave me a referral to doctor Patel. They been telling me his own receptionist will call me back, I haven’t get any call back and I have been calling more than 10 times.

If there was a way of rating this office even lower I would. This office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. No matter when your appointment is EVERYONE will wait hours to be seen. We have waited 2-3hrs after the appointment. This is obviously their plan as they over book and make people feel like cattle. Every person in here is very sick and upset because of this. People just waiting in hallways that are very sick. Do whatever you can to never come here.
