List of Susan Rodell's Reviews
Dana, Rodell’s nurse of many years, walked out with good reason! Her current assistant Kim (pitiful) advised me I would have a Teledoc visit beginning at a certain time. While I expect to have a bit of a wait-time for in-person appointments, my Teledoc appointments have generally been on time. Rodell called me one hour late. When I inquired as to her tardiness, she abruptly said ‘how dare I ask such a thing?’ She proceeded to tell me to find a new doctor to which I say, gladly. She’s always behaved as a bit of a whack job, but age seems to be getting the best of her. Her behavior is abhorrent, her office is filthy, looks like a hoarder, and the dogs walk around freely including in areas where it should be completely sanitary! She should not be trusted with patient care; she needs to be evaluated by a medical ethics board.
She actively listens to what the patient says. She answers all questions. She is very thorough. I recommend her highly: I have been her patient many years. Only shortcoming, she does not automatically fax reports, labs, etc to my other doctors actively treating me.
She actively listens to me. She is very thorough as a GP. She is very caring and easy to discuss problems with.
Dr. Rodell was my parents' physician. Whenever they were at her office, she spent extra time in reviewing her examination of them with them and with me to make sure everything was understood. Even after they went into hospice care, she was willing to discuss their care with me which allowed me to understand what hospice care was providing them. She was a terrific physician for my parents.
as for primary doctor she is the best! caring, knowledgeable, funny, genuine person. her office and staff are relaxing and willing to help when need be. Such an easy recommend Dr. Rodell is the mold that needs to be copied.
Dr. Rodell is a fabulous physician for the elderly. She spends extra time with her elderly patients and explains her examination findings with them and the healthcare advocate if present.
Dr. Rodell was my parents' physician for the past 10 years. She cared about their total medical needs and well-being. She continued this even when they went into hospice care by offering advice to me, their health care advocate, when their care was serviced by hospice. She cares about her patients as evidenced by the amount of time spent with them.
Dr. Rodell was the physician for my parents. She monitored their health even after they went on hospice. As the health care advocate for my parents, I was able to use Dr. Rodell's advice when discussing care with hospice. She made time and was there for my family.
Dr Rodell is a hands on, attentive and wonderful physician. She was so helpful to me as I negotiated the system trying to help my mother as her condition deteriorated. She listens and is there for her patients and their families.
Dr Rodell is a the type of Physician that you do not find anymore, one that listens. She does not sit and look at her computer or pad, she looks and talks to her patients. It is refreshing, novel and comforting.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
