This doctor has been extremely unhelpful and rude. I understand that neurologists as a whole are very busy but once you finally get your appointment (4 months out) and are left scratching our head with referrals for everyone else to take care of me and zero relief of pain that has been going on for months and then told a follow up (almost 3 months later) is completely unacceptable. The entire appointment was rushed. The office never called me when just the next week the pain was so bad I finally had to go to the hospital to get treated. No one from her office even bothered to call me to see how I was doing. I called Dr. Fitorvich on Tuesday morning and never even received a call back about what happened while I was in the emergency room. Her office manager finally called me back and said it was not their responsibility to see me or talk to me about being in the hospital. Stay far away from her. Zero compassion for her patients.

There’s no point of an in-person visit with this doctor. She just stares at her computer and types like a robot the entire appointment. No sympathy for my symptoms. Just wants to prescribe a medication and move onto her next patient. She didn’t ask any questions about my diet, stress, sleep, etc which is important when discussing migraines. I wouldn’t recommend this neurologist. If you do see her you might as well do telehealth since parking at her office is such a pain and there was no need to be in person since she typed on her computer the entire appointment. Unfriendly staff as well.

This office and doctor have been extremely unhelpful and rude. I understand the demand for neurologists but once you finally get a follow up appointment(2 month waiting period), we endure long waits and rushed appointments. The office never calls you back when they say they will. Dr. Fitorvich rushes through the appointments, doesn’t listen to you, doesn’t follow up with you, and has zero bedside manner. She can’t wait to close your case and push you onto someone else even when nothing has been resolved. Marcus Institute is supposed to have a good reputation but please do not waste your time here.

Very nice, caring Doctor. She was very patient with me, and I did not feel rushed at all. Convenient location next to the E Boca Hospital. Front desk and all others were very nice as well. A++

I have been to many neurologists over the years for migraine headaches. Dr. Factorovich has the worst bedside manner and the most uncaring personality ever. She didn’t even have the sense to introduce herself. I would not recommend her and will never go back.
