Terrence Harris's Online Review Report Card

If you visit this office be prepared to pay thousands of dollars of unknown charges they will bill for pregnancy. They charge $350 per office visit and the genetic testing which insurance DOESNT cover because its considered experimental is $5,000. Im sure they already know this and have many complaints from their patients. I switched doctor offices and was told my genetic testing if I did it there would have been $200 NOT $5000

Poor customer service. I prefer not to go into detail however, every instance and visit that I’ve had communicating with this office has been non-accommodating, lacking empathy.

My experience was beyond pleasant. As a women of color it is imperative that we have unbiased healthcare. Dr. Harris was sufficient and professional by diagnosing and hearing my concerns. I will be returning and greatly appreciate the support and care that I received.

Cant believe how many 5 star reviews this place. Personally I had a terrible experience with Dr. Harris. I came in with a terrible bartholins cyst- I explained I had thrown up, had a fever and a sore throat when I got it, which he proceeded to tell me he could just give me antibiotics for. He didn’t question the fever, sore throat, vomiting- nothing. No pain medication, just antibiotics. He was not warm, and I began crying as I was so frustrated from the pain. He just looked me and said “you don’t sound happy with the solution”. I explained I had also been experiencing terrible mood swings and a crash since removing my IUD to which he responded that it was purely “coincidental” that I was throwing up, suicidal and anxious after getting it removed. He said that “in his 25 years of practice he’s never seen it”. What an absolute lie. Thanks for going purely off your book smarts than any type of consolidation or further questioning of the pain I was in. Blank face, no comfort. Just stared at me while crying. I left the office in shambles and at least one of the ladies at the front desk gave me a box of tissues. All I feel like there is just a patient in line, nothing else. I felt so unbelievably ignored. I went to my out of area OBGYN the NEXT DAY who i normally see, just since I’ve moved away to college it’s about 45 minutes away. I went in and at point my cyst had grown to about the size of a GOLF ball. She couldn’t believe they didn’t give me any pain medication or drain it. In fact it took 15 minutes because it was so much. She also confirmed that what I was going through with my IUD was NOT just in my head, and that it happens to a very small percentage of women, and that I was in fact experiencing a type of hormonal imbalance. Thanks for not taking my pain seriously and letting me stay in terrible pain that entire night. I also went to the office another time and again, he was just blank faced, no “Hi, how are you”. Just “what’s the problem, let’s get you out of here already”. I cant stand this office.

I am very pleased with this medical practice. Dr Harris is easy, friendly, and informative. He explained each s step of my procedure and made me feel comfortable. I rec this practice. Receptionists are nurses are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Harris and everyone I encountered there was super friendly, professional, and helpful! The soothing music in the reception area made my visit even more delightful.

From your first interaction with the friendly receptionists right up to check out you will be truly satisfied and impressed. Dr Harris is an excellent Doctor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend his services at this great facility.

Very nice and efficient at the front desk and when you call in also. It's convenient to have lab work done right there also. Dr Harris is patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel like he has given me my life back with the hormone therapy. It has made a huge difference in my quality of life.
