Good luck in trying to make an appointment!!! You’re very lucky if anyone calls you back within a reasonable amount of time…………..
Would really like to know why my PP patient ordered me to your hematology building for a borderline iron deficiency (which you would never know you charge like a hospital/bill like an out patient hospital). I’m not even really deficient, I’m borderline, so just wanted to get checked out, and yet I have bills totaling $1-2k (even though I have good insurance and only saw you twice). Not to mention the separate bills I’m receiving from Quest to process the bloodwork from you. Literally could have gone to Quest myself and gauged my own iron levels. Yall are ripping people off. Unless someone is coming to you for a serious condition, you should be telling us how this is billed beforehand bc now I’m in debt and you did not help me with my deficiency whatsoever. I could have gone to ANY other facility and it would have cost close to nothing except to process the bloodwork. “Take iron pills.” Thanks. I’d like someone to call me immediately, the lack of communication from your team to inform the patient that it’s billed like an out patient hospital beforehand- and even false information of BO saying I was up to date on payments 6 months ago and then receiving another bill from you a year later, is unacceptable. Now I have to choose between paying you or paying my rent.
I high recommend Lynn Cancer Institute. My medical team is wonderful. The MMC group made made my difficult journey a little easier. I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the summer of 2021 and had a year long of chemotherapy surgery more chemotherapy and radiation. The surgery, oncology and radiation oncology department all worked to together. The staff is very helpful and the RNs in the infusion room are passionate and caring.
The facility is clean and well run. I have a wonderful oncologist and the entire staff, from nurse practitioners to the scheduling staff, check in staff, phlebotomists and the oncology nurses are kind, caring and are great at what they do. If you are dealing with cancer, I highly recommend Lynn Cancer Institute.
Please do not go here. They make you remove your mask in the building and will not let you wear an N95. I am in the medical field. This is very dangerous especially to cancer and immunocompromised patients. Everyone is being exposed by this policy.
They saved my life. They made my journey easy and provided all the support I needed to make it through the most difficult time of my life. Thank you for your help and thank all those who donate to make cancer a thing of the past.
Since Baptist healthcare has taken over, the Center is now charging all Medicare patients with "provider based billing", which is basically a charge for walking into the center, or any office building on hospital property for a doctor visit. I saw my physician in March and was billed both for an office visit and for walking into a facility because it is on (or near the hospital). I saw my physician for 5 minutes. I will be going offsite for all my subsequent care.
Everyone here keeps you as stress free as possible. Such lovely people!
Plenty of parking. Lovely building. The infusion room very welcoming and great staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
