Tiago Miguel's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Miguel is an incredible physician. He is intelligent, thorough, grounded in research and science, and his attentiveness and responsiveness is stellar.

We have been patients of Dr. Miguel’s for the past two years. After one comment about how we felt he wasn’t fulfilling his obligations as a concierge doctor, he decided to fire us as patients. We spent 7 months in Chicago, and only heard from him once. When my husband returned to Florida to have cancer treatment, Dr. Miguel never reached out to check in. He also never followed up with our new oncologist to discuss my husband’s medical history. I am disappointed and frustrated he decided to fire us as patients in the midst of my husband’s new cancer diagnosis. I called to ask for a simple blood test and he turned us away. It is very difficult to find a new doctor at this time of the year. We could have used his help. He obviously did not take the hippocratic oath. If you are looking for a concierge doctor, keep looking. He does not fit the bill.

DR TIAGO MIGUEL is the worst dr! After accepting my family of three which included my elderly father who has many health issues DR MIGUEL said he did not want us as his patients any longer because I asked the question of how long he would be going on paternity leave. It’s a fair question to ask when one is paying $3600 per person to join his practice . We had NO issues with him being gone I just needed to know for my father who may have waited for him to come back from his paternity leave.before joining. He also insisted that we all had to come for a late afternoon appt for our first visit and to have FASTING blood drawn which meant we would not be able to eat anything all day until 4pm which included my diabetic father and husband who is on meds and can’t wait that long to eat. He refused any morning appts for this visit! Office staff is completely unorganized and called two different wrong drs to get our medical records even after we provided them with all the correct contact info and then telling us we were not patients at those offices because they called wrong drs! My family has been with the same internist for over 25 years until he retired and never had one issue. Dr TIAGO MIGUEL has a huge ego and one has to walk on eggshells with him! There are so many other great concierge drs around that are half the price taking the same amount of patients! Dr. TIAGO MIGUEL you did us a huge favor!

As a retired internist myself, I wanted the highest level of care for myself and family. Although quite healthy, we realize that all is fine and then suddenly you need a quarterback and guide. Dr. Miguel has been accessible ,conscientious, knowledgeable and informed. In short, we consider ourselves fortunate to be under his excellent care!! SG

I do NOT recommend Dr. TIAGO MIGUEL! He has a huge ego and does not care about the patient. Wanted 84 year old diabetic to fast all day until 4 pm just so appt time was convenient for Dr! Had NO am appts available at all for fasting blood test! Office is a disorganized mess! They called two wrong drs trying to get my families medical records after we gave them all correct contact info and then they proceeded to call us saying the drs they called said we were not patients of theirs. Of course not as they called wrong drs more than once. Why fill out lengthy info in portal if you are not going to look at it? Dr TIAGO MIGUEL decided to drop my family from his practice because he flat out told me that he didn't like that we asked how long he would b gone for paternity leave which my elderly unwell father needed to know. We didn't care that he would be gone for the birth of his first child as a matter of fact we welcome that! Can you say walking on eggshells with this dr? We have been patients of another internist for over 25 years until he recently retired and never had a single issue! As a matter of fact never have we had any issues with any of our drs. DR. TIAGO MIGUEL charges more $3600 than any concierge in almost all of South Florida for the same services and the same number of patients in his practice. Do your homework before choosing a concierge dr esp DR MIGUEL! If u say the wrong thing or look at him wrong you will be dropped like a hat! Wanted you to know we are not ones to ever write a negative review about anyone and this is our first.

Dr. Miguel is a horrible person and NOT worth the ridiculous cost of $3600 per year more than ANY other concierge dr in South Florida. Please shop around before choosing him as your dr. The staff is extremely rude and DR. TIAGO MIGUEL has a HUGE chip on his shoulder. You will have to walk on egg shells with DR. TIAGO MIGUEL and he will drop you like nothing if you say the wrong thing because he can! BEWARE! There are so many other great concierge drs around that charge $1800-$2500 tops but DR. TIAGO MIGUEL is NOT one of them.

Dr Miguel has taken care of me and my family for many years. His training and intelligence is only surpassed by his kindness and professionalism. You will be grateful to have him in your corner.

Dr. & staff simply don’t come any better, coming from an RN of 45 years with a highly discriminating taste in Dr.’s & VERY long & complex medical history

We went to Dr. Miguel out of desperation. My husband has a laundry list of medical problems and we went from specialist to specialist and no one took the time to see the whole picture and he was in pretty bad shape. We went to see Dr. Miguel nine months ago and my husband is now better than he has been in years. I would recommend Dr. Miguel to anyone. He cares, he keeps track of all that is going on and he has taken a large burden off of me.
