I waited two weeks for an appointment, I’m in so much pain from my ear. I got lost on the way, I was only 10 mins late and then I was told they will not see me because I was late. I had originally called in and took directions from them. I even took the day off from work to be here! I’m so upset and furious by the lack of empathy these people have. Do not go there because you’re treated just like a number.

Tim performed a biopsy on my vocal cord. Everything went very smoothly. He did an excellent job explaining things to me

Dr Wong came into examine me wearing a pair of running pants, a zip up jacket and sneaks. He immediately put me at ease. NO white coat. After asking a few questions he began a thorough exam. He suggested a antibiotic regimine and some steroids for my throat. After explaining to Dr Wong my reaction to antibiotics he suggested that I just stick with the steroids for now. Dr Wong couldn't have been nicer and his diagnostic abilities are the best. Next time I will request to see Dr. Wong. Last bit not least is the office staff. They are on top of everything and are the nicest and humorous group of drs. office staff I have ever come across.

Dr. Wong performed my vocal cord surgery on December 21 of 2021. Dr. Wong is an outstanding surgeon. He was not quick to recommend surgery. He ordered a series’s of test before we decided the best course of treatment was surgery. He took the time to review all test result, showed and explained my video stroboscopy results and answered all my questions. I never felt our many appointments felt rushed. I wanted to have the surgery as soon as possible, but he was booked until the second week of January 2023. When I told him I was scheduled in January he changed his schedule so wouldn’t have to wait until January 2023. All I can say is his a brilliant surgeon and a kind and patient man. Thanks to Dr. Wong I regained my voice and haven’t been ill since the surgery!

I am baffled by the good reviews on here; I trusted them hence why I made an appointment with Dr Wong.Dr. Wong was astonishingly unprofessional; I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone. He was rude, condescending and dismissive of our son's issues. I rarely or never met such an unprofessional physician in my whole life and career ( I work in the healthcare industry). So much so that if we so happened to have caught him on a bad day, even a good day isn't worth any patient's time to go see him.
