I called the office on aug 15 I had had diarrhea for 3 weeks and lost 10 pounds they gave me an appointment with the PA for aug 16 she told me to take test and take Imodium. I had an appointment to see dr Eisner on august 24 I went to the office they canceled my appointment because you can’t have 2 appointments next available appointment Sept 21in a month. I asked to see someone else “you can’t change doctors” I’m finding someone else this office is awful. Don’t go there

He felt very apathetic to my concerns and just sent me away to a different doctor instead of thoroughly checking what the issue might be, furthermore it takes a month to schedule an appointment with him and the office won’t follow up with you on when that will be, I’ve now wasted 4 months with trying to figure out what’s wrong and haven’t gotten anywhere. Seriously don’t go to this doctor

Mediocare Dr. He thinks he is great but he is average at best. Terrible communicator and least compassionate Dr I've met. I hear that he specializes in helping lawyers sue doctors. How low can a human go for $$

The office staff is unprofessional, do not return calls or confirm appoints. I left him as my doctor after 10 years due to the incompetency of his staff, it is not worth the aggravation.

1. Agree with all of the bad reviews 2. Rude 3. Office manager berated me in public..-a clear hipaa violation 4. Arrived at 8 am to find i had been cancelled..similar to other patients experiences 5. Spend 9 hours waiting 6. No instruction prior to prep 7. Doctor explained nothing, said two words to me before the study and none after 8. he left before i woke from anesthesia and explained nothing about my positive result 9. Best GI in town. He took care of my problem when GASTROHEALTH only wanted my credit card. He was very attentive and I would recommend anyone who needs a GI to see this doctor. Staff was great and Thank you to Carol.

BEST OFFICE IN TOWN. STAFF WAS GREAT- I WENT TO A DR IN GASTROHEALTH-WORST EXPERENICE WITH THEM. THIS DR WAS GREAT TOOK HIS TIME AND THE STAFF HELPED EASY MY MIND. THANK YOU- HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR EISNER AND HIS NEW OFFICE STAFF
