I have been with this office for years from when she was with holy cross and when I lost my job and was willing to pay in full they stopped returning my calls & left me hanging! They have no loyalty, if you’re looking for a long time physician don’t go here! They wouldn’t even refill my prescription during covid and they knew I had asthma and no doctors were taking inside appointments at that time! They are screening calls and accepting who they want, I have referred a lot of ppl there that are still being seen! It’s Really sad how they operate! I don’t owe them any money because I had Bcbs along with FSA, her husband does the billing In That office so he probably doesn’t know how to bill properly, billing is one area you can’t afford to go cheap in, like hire someone & don’t take that out on your patients! Just unprofessional as they come! I haven’t received a letter saying I was dropped or anything! Oh well moving on

I've been with Dr. Morgan over 2 years and every last one of my visits have been Awesome!!! Dr. Morgan is so delightful, caring, empathetic & very detailed. Chris is always pleasant when I speak to him on phone or upon arrival of my appointment. - I look forward to my appointments and I live quite a distant from office. I received so many great compliments about Dr. Morgan from friends & co-workers who are also patients of Dr. Morgan..KUDOS !! to Dr. Morgan.

Dr. Morgan is so good that I had to track her down when she opened her own practice because the old location would not tell me where she went. Mr. Morgan and the family are wonderful as well.

I have with Dr.Morgan for about 9 years now and she has been the most phenomenal doctor I have ever encountered. She is very knowledgeable,kind, and professional. At this point her and her husband Chris have become family. If you are looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and their health then Dr.Morgan is definitely the right doctor for you. She cares and she will listen to all your concerns without judgement.

I'm a young adult who has had trouble over serveral years finding a primary physician to replace my pediatrician whom I've been a patient of from birth to age 19. I am so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Morgan, she is the best hands down. I was so disappointed when I found out she didn't accept the new insurance provided by my employer and I ended right back at square one going from doctor to doctor. Now with a new company and Insurance plan accepted by Dr. Morgan, I found myself right back at her office.
