Took my child here. She was promised a referral but didn't receive it. I called in afterwards and was promised the referral "after the weekend". Meanwhile, of course they sent were sending me invoices. When I spoke with them on the phone I advised I'd pay for the service they provided - as soon as they provided me with what they promised me. Six plus months later and still no referral. As they threatened to go to collections I paid the invoice. Disappointing, to say the least.

The University of Miami clinic in Boca is a satellite office. It's much smaller, quieter, and quicker than going down to Miami. The staff were very kind and I was called back within short order of checking in. Dr Basil is my Neurosurgeon. He was very nice and seems proactive in trying all alternative treatment options before committing to surgery. I appreciate that. Overall I'm happy with my choice in care with UM

Dr Lay is Amazing! I have had a number of issues for years & finally switched to her from a previous primary. I sat with her and had a discussion. 1 by 1 she listened and came up with a plan of action. She never rushes you, always addresses each on of my concerns and never brushes anything off. I am so happy to have found a primary dr that actually works with me and has the desire to assist me with all my health concerns!

Extremely disappointed in my first visit as a new patient. Had blood work a month ago and no one ever called, emailed or texted results to patient. Absolutely NO follow up. Also waited in room after exam almost 30 minutes for someone to draw my blood. Finally they insisted I pay a copay which I did not owe. Now I am fighting to get it refunded. Waiting on long holds, calling for status and only getting the run around. Shame on them. Would not recommend at all.

The worse experience at the cardiologist for my 1 year old and they charged me over $300 to see the doctor for 30 minutes and $65 for a ekg that their website estimated to cost $20. Their customer service is unhelpful and don’t care. Don’t bother going here.

went in today to see Dr.Hoffer, he's very caring and provided an excellent ear exam. I would highly recommend using a Doctor from Don Soffer's research center. The cost wasn't too expensive either. If you're a musician I would highly trust Dr.Hoffer with my ears.

Excellent physicians!! Dr Ribon and Dr Lay are the BEST!

Dr.Ribbon seems to be able incapable of helping you with pre existing conditions that need continued treatment. She'll rush you on your first visit and not take the time to get to know you or your Heath needs. Also, she has no respect for your time only hers seems to matter. I went there because I have a rare condition and "thought"that they were state of the art and would be able to help me without pushing me into surgery. I was wrong.
