I have had quite an experience dealing with this doctor and have found that she has been inconsistent. I am going back to my old gyno.

She is always sweet, polite and very professional. Anyone would be comfortable with her.

Dr Chiong takes time to explain your test results and future care. She answered all my questions and alleviated my husband's concerns as well. Her office staff, including her nurse and clerical assistant are most efficient and kind. I highly recommend her. She is a caring, knowledgable physician.

I just read Dr. Chiang's reviews, and I just couldn't believe the negativism on her. The times I've gone the staff has always been so nice and helpful. I've alway gotten an appt. without having to wait a month. The examination didn't feel uncomforable or hurtful, like some gyn's I've gone to . so she doesn't like tattoo and piercing...Lots of people don't like them!!! She's a doctor and knows that tattoos and piercing could be harmfuf to your body. I found her to be delightful and as a matter a fact just made my yearly appt.

I have been going to this sweet doctor for many years. All the staff has always been helpful. Dr Chiong has always answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. She makes me feel comfortable. She doesn't diagnose before test results come back , like doctors have done to me many times in the past. As for insurance and payments... I pay my copay or call my insurance to see what is and isn't covered before any procedure or testing. I highly recommend this office.

I've been coming to this office a few years now, even after moving almost an hour away. The ladies in the office are always sweet and work to accommodate you. Anytime I'm having issues, they have worked to get me seen right away. Dr Chiong is very thorough, knowledgeable, and has even called me to talk about my blood work results from my primary care Dr. She genuinely cares about her patients and has listened to any concerns I may have had. Her bedside manner is above and beyond what I've experienced from other Drs in the past. Here, you are not just another number, you are in the care of a Dr who cares about you, one of her valued patients.
