This office made a lovely first impression on me and my teenaged son. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was minimal. All were very respectful and pleasant. We look forward to our next appointment.

I was running behind to my appointment because something personal came up last minute, Dr. Lacey's clinic's staff were super patient with me when i called to let them know i am running behind. They were kind enough to still see me 15 minutes past my appointment time. Very professional. Very polite. The entire clinic staff including Dr. Lacey, all had masks on.Dr. Lacey had was very professional, empathetic, and clear with her explanation of my diagnosis and plan of care. She took her time to explain my situation and compared it to other similar patients she has treated over the years. I felt like i was being treated by one of my family members. I really felt at ease.

What is the first time walk into Waters Edge Dermatology in Boca Raton the other day even though they were closed they took me in and young lady Vanessa was very professional and she took the time out to pre-register me, took my insurance information and set me up for an appointment almost like the next day if I could've gone, amazing. Saw Jennifer Marshall Who did full body scan I haven't done in years and I regret not doing. She found and treated some things and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Amazing experience I'm going back in six months and talking my wife to going in next week. Highly recommend them.

I love Dr. Lacey. She is thorough and very communicative. The office staff was a pleasure and the phones are answered quickly without a lot of time on hold or going through electronic prompts. I have looked for four years for a dermatologist who did not rush through the appointment. Dr. Lacey is just such a doctor. Thankfully, I have no significant problems but I know that if I do, Dr. Lacey will be there for me with sound medical advice.

will not be returning. went for an 8:45 appointment waited until 9:10 or so then called back. Doctor came to my door then I heard them talking about my case outside the door so where everyone could hear my business. Heard the doctor pick up my chart but instead of coming in she went to another patient who had come in and been called back AFTER me. All the while I am waiting to go to work. Guess she wasn't excited to take my case so I left after still unseen at almost 9:40 and made an appointment elsewhere.
