This doctor is knowledgeable, and a very nice doctor. He spends a lot of time with his patients. He is excellent. He gets 4 stars. Now, his staff is mixed bag. They are rude and disrespectful-depends who you get. The doctor should really take notice and fix this. It’s a reflection on him and how his office runs. The staff gets a 1.5. The office is always clean.

I waited about one hour and twenty minutes to see the doctor. It was absurd. His office is not well organized. I like him as a person and believe he is an intelligent physician but the lack of attention and organization made the visit very short of being satisfactory.

Dr Kotzker is just what I was looking for in a nephrologist and I am so happy he was referred to me. He is very caring, knowledgeable and kind. For me, that’s very important. I’ve had my share of health issues and need someone who explains everything. Nothing worst than a doctor who rushes you out of the office. Dr Kotzker takes the time needed. His office staff is always very nice. I highly recommend him!
