William Rowland's Online Review Report Card

He’s patient and caring and has been my doctor for many many years. I now drive from Palm Beach Gardens to Boca to see him, because he genuinely cares about his patients and I trust him! It is true that there have been issues with the office staff and lately that seems to have improved. I realize that he’s a doctor and not a business man and it might be helpful if he is made aware of any front office issues.

I have been going here for a while and this place has gone down hill and fast! It first started with the doctor not actually seeing his patients unless they pay for his concierge service. Then I was told they no longer refill prescriptions for hormone related medication. Now I have been waiting to get a refill on a prescription and the pharmacy said they can't get a hold of the doctor. I leave them 2 messages and finally get a response that they no longer accept pharmacies sending on for refills. I have to call them or message them to get a refill. Here's the kicker, when you call them it's never actually office staff that answer, it's a call center in India that answers my calls! Now another rule that they made up is they have to see me every 6 months for blood work so they can refill my prescriptions! This is no longer a doctor's office, this is a factory to make money and you are the product. They are doing every possible thing to extract as much money out of every patient. It's time to get another doctor and I recommend every one of his patients do the same so he can see that this egregious behavior will not be tolerated!!!

One of the rudest front end staff. I called after surgery to be seen. They scheduled my appt then said I didn't have one the day before. I asked to speak to a manager and no manager available to help. Gabby the male I spoke to on the phone said no one has an appt and was not helpful at all. When people are in need of medical care and basic customer service this office is terrible. They offer no help and or solutions. This isn't the first time Ive had bad service with them. As a medical office in Boca Raton you would think the service would be top tier rather than shuffling you through the system. Will be looking for a new doctor. And would advise anyone to not go there if they value their health.

Excellent doctor. However, communication with this office is very sketchy. No one answers the phone. They want you to communicate thru "the portal". Staff replies thru the portal to ask you to call the office. Then no one answers the phone. Impossible to get questions answered, get a referral etc. I've changed practices.

Don’t schedule an appointment with Jared Levine. He’s new and won’t allow your significant other to be in the examining room. I think it’s annoying and rude. You don’t have to wear a mask and you can’t have 2 people in the examining room. Terrible bed side manner if you ask me. It’s only Jared that requires that. I will never make an appointment with him.

Place has gone down hill. #1 focus is to get as much money out of patients as possible. Any way they can. Called to ask why I was billed for my physical should be covered was told very rudely by Briana that it's there policy to force you to have follow up appointment so of course they can bill you. Then she had the nerve to say maybe this isn't the place for you. It's the pervasive rude behavior by the staff that makes it a place that no one should visit.

The staff is great!!!! DON'T try to call for any kind of info, ALL CALLS go to a call center. The are worthless.

One of the rudest, most uncaring doctors I’ve ever encountered. My parents paid thousands of dollars for the concierge service just to see him and because I was surprised that they charge 95 dollars on top of that to tell you the results of your blood work, Dr Rowland didn’t want to deal with me and refused to see me as his patient. The last appointment I had with him, he dismissed all my concerns because he was trying to get rid of me. I have serious health problems and this has inconvenienced me a great deal. I would leave negative stars if I could. Dr Rowland is a horrible human being.

Been going here for almost a decade and the environment has changed completely. It is hard to get in contact with staff and they don't know how to communicate with patients when it comes to making the correct appointments. The place has become more of a business than caring for patients.
