My wife, Dinah, has been having a problem with her left arm. Itching and at times severe pain. Seemingly a neurological problem. She was referred to Dr. Cavalier by our primary. Dr. Cavalier had her undergo some tests and reviewed some previous ones trying to get to the root of her problem. She saw him twice and both times he spent a great length of time asking a lot of questions and explaining what he was doing and what his conclusions were. He explained it in English, not Med speak. He is young, smart and really cares. Now my wife wants to adopt him. We highly recommend him.

I had a very bad experience with this doctor in 2017. He was completely disrespectful and accused me of lying because I did not respond well when he was treating me for psuedotumor cerebi with Topiramate. He told me that the symptomatic tarlov cyst, that i have been treated without pain relief in 2016,didnt cause pain. He ignored most of my symptoms and gave me medication that fixed one symptom at the cost of making others worst. Very difficult and confusing time of my life and this doctor made me feel he was going to help despite his skeptical view. When i didn't respond to medication well he kicked me out and insisted i was faking. He ruined my social security and they rejected me. His doctors notes was completely incorrect in regards to the symptoms I complained about and diagnoses. He helped make a very bad situation worst. Very uncompassionate and inhumane. Needed help and threw me away when he didn't understand what was happening. I was devastated.

Dr Cavalier is one of the very few Doctors that truly cares ,and works towards helping you live a pain free lifestyle. I had one fall coming out of a very hi level jacuzzi, I broke my toe SUFFERED from several HERNIATED disc in my neck and lower back and radiation pain of over active nerves running down my legs and arms,he found me a NON-addicting medication to lessen my pain and to help me through life every day CHALLENGES. I am now planning to have back surgery , so I will soon be back in Dr Cavalier, office so he can help me on my journey to a speedy,healthy recovery, He is definitely a 5? Neurologist.
