She gave me a flue shot at a park bench. Not very professional. Kinda scary that she is providing services in public places and not an office.

Have been a patient since she opened on P.I. She listens, understands, and either solves my problem or gives a good referral. My husband loved her too. CATHY

My experience with Dr Hess was a nightmare. She used every excuse she could come up with to get money out of me. And when I started to ask questions she tried to blackmail me into paying these crazy fees by saying she would withdraw her referral for pain management. How can someone call them self a doctor and them threaten to withhold medical treatment because you aren't willing to be used and basically stolen from. And talk about HIPPA issues. You can hear every word spoken in her exam room from the lobby. And after exams she talks about your health issues and meds in front of everyone in the lobby. In short, please DO NOT see this doctor.

all about your insurance and how much money she can get from you! The first thing this doctor asks is what kind of insurance you have- then she finds every excuse in the world to bring you in and charge outrageous fees for services she is not even a specialist in. She will tell you she went to school in Michigan, but the truth is she went to medical school out of the country in the Caribbean. We all know what that means and I am not even certain if she has an actual license to practice medicine. Scary- What kind of doctor drives a 30 year old beat up car and has an office behind a "massage spa"? She doesn't use a computer and does not submit the proper information to Medicare such as reports. For what ever reason she shared that while myself and others were in her waiting room... waiting so she could hand write her notes on the previous patient. She calls your prescription into the pharmacy by phone, all billing done by hand. Something is not right here. There is no privacy and a huge HIPPA violation. After she sees a patient, the patient comes out into the waiting room where she joins them and then proceeds to call out to her husband/secretary for diagnosis codes in front of everyone in the waiting room. Everyone knows what you were there for! It's so wrong... listening to her rant on, you would think she was a specialist in everything. I will never go back. Very scary she is allowed to practice medicine.

Dr Hess is great. Caring, professional, very thorough. Would recommend her to anyone.

Attention hypochondriacs!! -- Prepare to be amazed!! If you want to be convinced everything is wrong with you and you feel vindicated by having a doctor appointment every week to prove it, this is the doctor for you! She will order every test under the sun to find something... ANYTHING... wrong with you. Discover everything wrong with you and get treatment NOW for anything that might EVER be an issue!! Throw that insurance deductible out the window because when you're dying of everything, what good is having money anyway? This doctor will take ALL your money and ALL your time to find something, ANYTHING wrong with you. Learn from my mistake -- You have been warned.
