List of Leisa Bailey's Reviews
Dr. Bailey has been a wonderful Dr. And person. She has been on top of my health for years now. I really appreciate her for all my diabetic and general overall attention, she has showed me. Thank you Dr Bailey
I am one person who tries to give everybody the benefit of the doubt. So I was going to come here again as an adult because I’ve had her as a doctor when I was a teenager. Didn’t have very good experience then and still didn’t now. I am a disabled adult. I am wheelchair bound, and can only get up to transfer and maybe walk for 10 seconds before my heart is racing and my body giving out. I went to Dr. Bailey to see if I could get a referral for an electric wheelchair (Which I have had in my young adulthood already) and she basically told me because I could stand up and transfer. I did not need an electric wheelchair and it wasn’t going to happen. And that she was not going to lie under her license for me. And that if I did get an electric wheelchair in the past, somebody lied for me and signed off on it when they weren’t supposed to. I was so offended and completely flabbergasted that here I am barely able to do anything with my fiancée constantly breaking her back, pushing me around in my push wheelchair to be told that I’m pretty much making it up. Her attitude seemed to change when she asked how I got into her office, by wheelchair or by walking. Mind you, her entire driveway is gravel and the ramp is quite steep so my fiancé would’ve never been able to get me inside in my wheelchair. So she dropped me off right at the door knowing that right inside the doors would be chairs for me to catch my breath. So, of course, I answered honestly, and said I walked, but it nearly killed me. All to get treated with such disrespect. It was also like pulling teeth to try and get my medication‘s, including my heart medication and water pills, she acted like I was lying about why I was on them. And it was quite annoying because she would ask me questions, but when I would go to answer, she would tell me to be quiet because she was trying to listen to my heart. it was just an overall very bad experience. The wait time is horrendous. I waited well over an hour after my appointment time in the waiting room and they had me come in 15 minutes early. The bedside manner is just horrendous. She does not want to hear what you have to say. The only convenient thing which literally has nothing to do with her herself is that her doctor office is two minutes away from my home. But I would rather travel and actually enjoy going to my doctor
Please find someone else. No responses, Dr. Bailey is never in, waiting on a referral for 7 months. Her 3.8 review should speak for itself. They will never call you back. They are NOT BBB accredited in case your wanting to leave a BBB review.
My son fell off his scooter hit his head (he was wearing a helmet) and had a seizure. At the ER, Ms Bailey said "he faithed from seeing the blood". We're like "what blood?" (There was no blood) She said from the motorcycle accident. We we're like "he wasn't on a motorcycle, what are you talking about." The next day we took him to a neurologist in PC for appropriate medical treatment.
Friendly staff
The worst medical practice that I have encountered. If I could post less than a star I would. Switched to this doctor three weeks ago. - Good luck getting someone to answer the phone, when they do, they can only schedule appointments. -On my first appointment I was taken to the exam room within 10 minutes of my appointment - then sat in the exam rom for over 30 minutes. finally doctor comes in and honestly just not seem real interested. -Needed a critical referral authorization (cardiac) which should take 48-72 hrs - Two weeks later the authorization goes through, and is incorrect. Notified them three days ago and still nothing. - I was told that I would be contacted by the end of the day twice, with no return call. -Terrible front office, terrible referrals, asked to be called by the doctor twice.
My appointment was for 2:00 at 3:00 I was still waiting and watching other people come in after me and were all taken before me I understand I was a new patient but that is not professional sorry I wasted my time should of known after reading reviews but thought I would try anyway not a good move
Very nice people. And Dr.Bailey is a nice doctor.
I rarely leave reviews, but Dr. Bailey and her staff are some of the sweetest people I have ever come across. I have trusted her with the care of both myself and my family for the past few years and have never been disappointed in our interactions or the care we have received. I could not ask for a more compassionate and knowledgeable provider and would highly recommend her to anyone!
She is a very good doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
