I wanted an eyebrow lift and she did and eye brow droop!! Ladies DO NOT GO THERE!! Unless you dislike your face so much that you want to butcher it, or if you are 150 years old if you are still alive at that age any ironing of the skin is acceptable! Yes, she has a lot of degrees, but I not for cosmetic-plastic surgery nor dermatology. She is an eye Dr. who ironically can't see when you show her what to fix (after she messed up the first time) and who will injects them where if would give double vision for days! She shouldn't be allowed near anyone's face with a needle nor any sharp object! Run as far away!!

She is more interested flaunting her education and years of "experience" while completely ignoring my questions and concerns.

Dr. Stanciu's MediSpa is truly an oasis in North Naples. She is one of the most skilled physicians I've encountered and goes to great lengths to make sure her patients are satisfied with the results. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a remarkable experience.

absolutely awful.... no sanitizing of my skin, fluid going in to my eyeballs and bruises on my face. Didn't even walk around to the other side of my face. DO NOT GO.

I LOVE Medifacespa!! The office and staff are so lovely. Alina is awesome, she is such a sweet person. She was very patient and informative while discussing my problems and concerns. I felt very relaxed in her office. My results are unmatched, I look natural and refreshed which is very important to me. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I went in with a Groupon not knowing it wasn't the greatest selection for plumping my lips until Doctor Stanciu informed me. She told me the better option but it was not something I could afford at the time. Im a bit of a tough case because I have a scar on my top lip and it makes my lips uneven along with having naturally uneven lips. She said I could always come back for more and that she would give me a good price on the better product. So she begins and then eventually runs out of the product I purchased. She wasn't happy with the result of that filler so she pulled out a box of the expensive stuff and goes to work on my lips with that!!! I couldn't believe it!! I'm still kind of a little speechless over it. She wanted to make sure I left there happy. She is so caring and sweet and her staff is wonderful as well. They were so nice to my kids and made us all feel comfortable. Doctor Stanciu is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She made my lips look amazing and she went above and beyond for me and she didn't have to do what she did but she did And I can't thank her enough for that! Thank you so much Dr. Stanciu, I can't wait to go back for more!! 💋

My experience with Dr. Alina Stanciu was and is exactly what I hoped, she would accomplish. Dr. Stanciu is very good in fact, she is amazing. Also she is alway pleasant. She must have had a reason not to be nice. I have seen patients in the office obviously many have serious eye problems. Her facial procedures are amazing she definitely knows what she is doing. I can't believe anyone would think they could use a Groupon let alone once but maybe if its offered. I think twice is unacceptable. If you like her work pay her fee. I DID and I'm not rich.

to save yourself physical, mental and emotional pain, please read reviews.***just a disclaimer, i have no ill-will or intention of sabotaging anyone. i only operate out of love and am simply sharing my story throughout the last year as a result of my experience with dr. stanciu.*** the first time i saw dr. stanciu for lip filler (february 2021) was a very uncomfortable experience due to the rough handling, i had to stop her halfway through because of the pain (after 4 years of having lip filler done with other doctors, i had yet to experience pain and bruising like this). 2 weeks later i returned for my follow up, wanting to touch up my lips again. dr. stanciu refused to make them any bigger (which i did appreciate), but instead she recommended nose filler to "fix the drooping tip, bump, and abnormal cleft"- without me even mentioning anything to do with my nose...and me being insecure at that time in my life, i fell under the pressure and let her proceed with her recommendation. we went forward with the liquid rhinoplasty, and initially i could see the difference in my tip (pointing up rather than down how it naturally does), but it looked a little swollen.... i just figured it was typical following the injection. after giving it time to settle, my nose actually became super bulbous to the point where i didn't even feel like myself and i tried as best as i could to avoid showing my face all together.... i practically hid all summer while reflecting on my experience, deciding what i should do moving forward. my hesitation stemmed from reading articles and watching surgeon approved videos regarding the dangers of nose filler / risks of hitting a major artery- all of which i was unaware of prior to the procedure. 6 months later, i decided to go back to dr. stanciu's office and inquire about getting it dissolved. when i returned to dr. stanciu's office, her and her team essentially tried making me believe the reason for my current dissatisfaction with my nose was because "the filler was dissolving and my nose was returning back to its natural state." definitely not the case...and through my research, i found many doctors stating that filler, especially in the nose, can remain for up to 3 years. now after only 6 months, my nose had most definitely NOT returned back to its natural state. long story short, this situation was a disaster and the filler needed to be dissolved. dr. stanciu refused to dissolve the nose filler and told me to get a second opinion (most likely knowing it comes with risks and she wouldn't want to be held liable). with that being said, i requested my medical records from dr. stanciu's office twice in order to have the information on hand for a second opinion with another doctor. my medical records were never released to me despite my efforts to attain them, and the issue was just brushed under the rug. i still sought out a second opinion with a local trusted plastic surgeon whom i had prior experience with. since November, i've had 3 sessions of hyaluronidase injections (dissolver) with this other (trustworthy) surgeon, and my nose is just now returning back to normal- all my thanks to the Lord and a knowledgeable doctor. to those of you taking the time to sift through reviews, thank you for reading about my experience. please save yourself the pain, time, and energy before looking for a quick and cheap fix to a problem that probably doesn't even exist outside of your own imagination. remember to listen to your body, if something doesn't feel right, it's probably not. learn to have discernment when it comes to who you trust to alter the only face/body you have! also, just because our features may be different, doesn't mean they're abnormal! uniqueness is beauty. stay true to yourself (also, no comeback comment in hopes of saving a reputation or business can ever invalidate my experience).(edit- the photos are out of order so make sure to look through and read captions!)

Reading the other reviews on google, I most definitely had a different experience than some. I work in the industry & they don't offer injections where I'm employed. I have worked in other states in the medical spa industry and I would say that a lot of the negative comments that I'm seeing are perhaps for issues that aren't necessarily regarding Dr Stanciu's business, itself. First of all- Groupon can be extremely confusing. I've had my own business take part as a Groupon merchant. They have a "cookie-cutter" approach for their merchants & don't always cater to the merchants in a way that allows business owners to offer services in the way they want to. Yes- it's their choice to be part of Groupon but they aren't necessarily making money off of Groupon customers. They have to offer a discount & Groupon gets a portion of that besides. MOST Groupons are NOT allowed to repurchase within a 6 month period. That's EXTREMELY common. It's in the fine print & it's our job as consumers to read it unfortunately. When going for a cosmetic service, do you want to hear what YOU think or do you want to hear what a professional, who does this for a living, thinks? I want to hear what the professional thinks- and not allow myself to be offended. Just because they suggest that you do additional services, doesn't mean you HAVE to. They're putting it out there. It's your responsibility to advocate for yourself. When you go to a restaurant, do you get mad at the server for offering the dessert menu??? This is no different. As far as my review: my professional opinion of Dr Stanciu was that she has an eye for detail & helped me with a suitable plan for services. She answered every question/ concern I had and has definitely earned a referral to my clients & friends! In addition, I will absolutely be returning for future services/purchases. Thank you!!
