One receptionist -first greeter- did not seem as welcoming and was not helpful. The others were fine. However, Dr. Echeverria was interested, engaged, knowledgeable, prepared. She highlighted one follow through on catscan that would fall in another specialty purview. I would definitely contact her again.

Great interaction with assistant. Dr. E is a great educator concerning my current issue. She wants me to be comfortable in my decision. She answered my questions in regards to the current pain and discomfort. Facilities are clean and staff pleasant.

and Dr. E were excellent providers, they listened and provided information/ were willing to answer questions. Most of the receptionist/check out staff were kind, it is helpful if they maintain eye contact when talking to patients so they can be clearly heard, and not appear irritated when asked to repeat themselves. Thanks!

I was happy to learn no surgery was necessary regarding my leg issues. The veins, arteries, aorta and Stents are all function correctly. However, I still have pain in my lower legs and numbness when I sleep or elevate my legs. I received no answers as to what is causing this or if some medication would help. I take Tynenol for pain. Don't know where to go from here????
