I recently visited this urgent care center, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was dealing with mild food poisoning and was in distress due to hyperventilation. All I needed was IV fluids because I was dehydrated and something for nausea/indigestion. While they gave me the nausea medication, they refused to provide IV fluids and instead tried to send me to a nearby emergency room, even though I made it clear that I wanted to avoid the unnecessary expense of an ER visit. I have insurance, but an ER trip is significantly more costly, and this urgent care was fully equipped to handle my request. The staff was cold and unwelcoming throughout the visit, which only added to my anxiety. It felt like they were more interested in offloading me than providing proper care. The whole place seemed like a glorified waiting room for minor issues, like a school nurse’s office where they hand out sick notes and treat minor cuts. It was disheartening to be dismissed like that, and I left feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking real medical care.

Best urgent care in the area by far….fully staffed

My husband tested positive for flu A at this facility 24 hours after symptoms began and they didn't prescribe an anti-viral. It was a Sunday and we couldn't contact our doctor. Poor quality of care considering he has lung disease which can lead to complications of flu.

If you have Florida Blue as your insurance do not have anything sent to CVS they do not take Florida Blue and how they didn't know this at this place is besides me.

I just want to say thank you. Had to come for the cold symptoms everyone else has been suffering with. The check in was quick and I was seen within 25 minutes. The nurse Brandy was so happy and upbeat, it is hard to feel terrible around her. Brittany saw me quickly and was also wonderful and kind, which is truly remarkable considering these ladies see sick grumpy people all day long. Polly gave my check out instructions in the sweetest tone I believe I have ever heard. Fantastic experience.

A few months back I had visited due to being extremely itchy with bumps all over my body. I've never gotten hives before so I wasn't sure how to identify it. The "doctor" barely examined me and told me I had scabies. I said are you sure...? He said yes and walked out the door before I could even ask questions. He prescribed me all this medication and so I spent hundreds of dollars on it including the fee for the visit. Later on it was still happening so I went to get a second opinion from the hospital and it turned out to be just stress hives. So I literally wasted hundreds of dollars all because the doctor didn't want to fully examine me and give me options of what it could be. I am completely infuriated and will never be visiting here again.

Very professional operation. When your in pain you want to be seen right away, they deliver. Their online wait times and appointment scheduling is very accurate so you don't waste 5 hours of your day sitting in an ER. Highly recommend

very poor experience. I had to ask to see the doctor a second time because of how short his visit was the first time. one question was asked and then he walked out with no solution. waste of my time. i’d recommend going to another urgent care to get your needs actually met. i saw gregory grubb as my doctor who forgot to knock before entering the room each time, when i said that the medication he gave me i had just finished and maybe would like to try another one considering i felt no different if anything worse after first medication to which he said then you can go somewhere else or if you have a better treatment plan we can follow that. as a dr, you do not say that to a patient coming in for your help. rudest doctor i have ever interacted with, i feel bad for any other patient out in his care. i will be returning to another doctor now since he was useless.
