Me gusta muy buen servicio solo que esta cato
Could have told me their office isn't currently in bonita as a new patient. Drove all the way here for nothing from fort Myers. Appointment setter sucks at her job. Thanks for nothing
So I went to coastal dental the first time and was totally shocked on how I was treated by the front desk. I walked out and never returned the second time I went to another coastal dentist. It says it's in Golden Gate but actually it's right on Airport Road in Naples. I checked into the front desk. I gave them my insurance card. I told them that I would have already had x-rays taken. They weren't even a year old x-rays are good for up to three years when they pull me back, the girl had a form for me to sign, saying what my charges would be a question it immediately, I knew what my insurance should pay and I should've paid $150 adoptable and they would cover the rest so she went back and talk to somebody else and they said to waive the x-rays. Then she brought me back and sat me in a chair pulled up to x-rays. The doctor came in and looked at my teeth and said I needed my teeth to be scaled. I was very confused. Then he said I needed another set of x-rays which I agreed to. Then the then the girl came back who cleans your teeth and started the counting 12456. We all know the drill then she started telling me how much my gums are bleeding and I said yes I know my gums bleed I'm very anemic and you're poking them with a very shocked or object. Of course they're going to bleed. Then she said I was going to need a deep cleaning I had gum, disease and bone loss and the story went on and on. Of course they came up with another paper. This is what you're going to owe today it was over $1500 plus for the x-ray plus for the exam . I said my insurance should cover some of this. I'm quite sure she said no your insurance won't cover any of this visit. I was stunned I was upset. How do you expect me to pull that kind of money out of my wallet today to pay for dental services when I was expecting to pay $150 that's my co-pay. and I get the letter from my insurance company saying that coastal dental had not sent in the charting on perio work. The agent was very kind and explained everything she said out of the charge of $2027.92. I should've only paid $150 because everything is covered by my insurance. The bill actually says how much they owe and that my responsibility is zero due to the fact that they did not finish the charting and sent it into the insurance company. So I called the office back left two messages and never received a call back. Then I called the finance company and explain to them what had happened they said that they're sending and thing over to the office that this is happened before this is called insurance fraud and it's best form. I worked and mini medical offices and have a file. Mini medical likes claims for clients and patient. You have to include all the charting with the claim that you are submitting an order for them to pay properly, if a patient has insurance that you are assigned with, you're supposed to do everything in your power to make sure that patient does not pay more than they should absolutely have to. You have a greed with an insurance company to take a fair and reasonable amount you can't build a patient for the rest because you think it's entitled to you I would not suggest going to this office until you check with your insurance company. The office agrees to pay the fair to take your insurance. Now I'm sitting here with a bill for over $2000 in the office still not calling me back. I was very disappointed in this it's not the staffs fault they're explain to do what they do almost probably forced. I think somebody needs to look into these offices I've read review after review with the same result time after time , we all work hard for her money. We all want fair and reasonable medical care and when we have these medical professionals, committing insurance fraud and nothings happening to them it's crazy. Quite frustrating. I hope this helps somebody in the future. Unfortunately I forgot to read reviews before using this office, because if I had, I never would've stepped foot in there.
Coast Dental is the most disorganized dental office I have ever been to. First appointment was at their Bonita Beach location. Very long appointment with new patient paperwork, x-rays, cleaning, etc. only to end up not even seeing Dr. Gary Aspinwall with whom I had the appointment. I was placed in a room where another dentist did a virtual visit with me over a large monitor. Second appointment made with same office for 6 months later for cleaning and check-up. Office notified me that that office was closed and had to move it to their Ft. Myers location much further away on Gladiolus. Even though they changed the location and notified me of the change, the Bonita office sent messages stating that I missed the appointment. The Gladiolus office insisted that I complete ALL NEW PATIENT documents even though this was done in Bonita! Although they said they had access to all my medical records, they still wanted these done. After completing, they insisted I needed all new x-rays and a 90 minute appointment. I said as the patient, I have the right to refuse x-rays since they were done 6 months prior and the insurance would not cover it. The reception desk advised that they would not see me if they were not done again. I walked out and advise anyone else considering this practice to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They are disorganized and only interested in charging for unnecessary services. I tried to reach Dr. Aspinwall and the receptionist put me on hold for 15 minutes upon which I hung up. The WORST!!!!
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE This is the WORST business I’ve encountered. I went to Coast Dental for a teeth cleaning. They upsold me on their version of Invisalign- Coast Dental Clearaligners, which was fine. I was in the market for something along those lines and they happened to provide the service. Immediately upon showing interest in Clearaligners, I was bombarded mid-teeth cleaning by women with iPads and paperwork asking for my debit card- almost as though being pushed to sign and agree so they could make the sale. Very unprofessional but I chose to overlook- my mistake and I regret it deeply. I scheduled my appointment for my Clearaligners and was told they would be in within a month. Almost 2 months goes by without a call from the business. I had already made a down payment and 1st installment. I left multiple voicemails after the month had gone by. None of which were returned. I felt almost scammed. Finally, I received a call asking to schedule. The staff was relatively unprofessional by my 2nd visit. I walked in on the girls behind the front desk snickering and making rude comments about a customer always being late or missing their appointments. This was an immediate 2nd red flag. I was given my 1st tray and they detailed the plan for my corrective trays. 8 trays and 3 rounds of IPR. They deviated from this plan on my 3rd visit by doing the IPR an appointment early and gave me 2 trays, telling me to come back in a month. My appointment a month later rolls around and come to find out- the location closed. No notice, no messages, no rescheduling, absolutely NOTHING from Coast Dental. I’ve contacted the business 3 separate times asking for my trays to be sent to another location, seeing as I’m still paying for a service I am no longer provided. Every one I have spoken to says they cannot help and they have no information on when the location will open back up. They still have 5 of my trays and I am due for 1 last round of IPR. I already contacted the Patient Quality Assurance or Customer Service, which was honestly a huge waste of time. So honestly, if anyone from corporate sees this review and responds, this is a last attempt from me before I take legal action. I have been told 3 times now that corporate would reach out within 48 hours. I have not heard from corporate. I asked for a number to contact corporate directly and was informed they only reach out to me, I cannot contact them. Extremely unprofessional. I left a complaint with the BBB, asking for a resolution and a simple call back. Still, I have not heard anything. This is quite literally the most appalling business. And honestly what you’re pulling doesn’t sound legal.
Run, run, run—painful process. Here is a copy of the message I sent them: -No way I can book an appointment with your network. Are you kidding me after what happened yesterday at you Coast Dental, facility 016975. -I was on time for my appointment and got canceled by your incompetency, no direct number to call, you send me to a “call center” every time. You did not confirm anything before the appointment than just sending text reminders to come to my appointment at a different time without explaining why. -I filled out the patience form in advance and you did not have a clue why I was there. So what's the point for that? -This is a joke business. I’m afraid to go to any of your doctors and network. My record got cut up between the cracks of your emails, incompetency, and a backend platform that doesn't work at all. Dead first before going to any of your facilities. Do not even convince me to call your customer service. My voice and my heartburn are recorded here. Maybe you customer assurance program money can go towards people training.Ask the front lady person of what happened!
New location due to the Grand Bay location being flooded during hurricane Ian🌀 still waiting for the doctor to return
went to Coast Dental in Naples, took forever to get my teeth cleaned.i declined the topical fluoride treatment, but they did it anyway.they sent me a bill for overdue, when they actually owe me.tried ca their billing office, you can only leave a message and the voicemail is always full. will never go there again!
I was a little nervous going into two fillings for the first time here. They made it easy for me and made me feel comfortable. No pain, nice work and very personable.
New location still waiting on a doctor for my crown prep. A long drive to get there and find you have to reschedule

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
