Not my personal experience 🙏 but it’s life death — 2 individuals told me they were given death sentences at FL Cancer…WRONG Lady 1 went to Moffit in Tampa for 2nd opinion 10 years later is great. Gent e.g. 2 took his wife out of Florida for care 4 years later all good.

Tried calling to check a appointment I made I was left on hold for 42 minutes. I understand if it’s busy Why don’t they offer to call you back??All it kept saying we care about you and that statement is almost laughable.This is not the first time I have tried to reach this office. Customer service has slipped over the years.Just wondering if the doctor’s are aware?

Called this morning to cancel an appointment for Friday due to my grandfathers funeral being that morning. Was placed on hold for over five minutes then when someone finally answered I told her I needed to cancel my appointment. I was rudely asked for what reason. I told her a family emergency. She said Got it and hung up. This is not the first time front desk staff has been rude to patients. So sorry I was wasting your time. So sorry my grandfathers death isnt important to you but it is to me and to drive from Immokalee to have to wait over 20 minutes to get a simple B12 injection because nurses want to chit chat about cheerleading then rush back to Immokalee to make my grandfathers funeral on time is not on my priority list. This office keeps giving me reasons to find another doctor which is a shame because Dr. Rubin and TC Price are great.

Ive been going to FL Cancer Specialists since mid September and find the Desk Staff RNs and Dr Glick to be extremely competent. All the billing is handled between them and my FL Blue.

101520I have been going to Dr Deborah Glick MD for just over a year. I was diagnosed with Multiple myeloma Aug 2019. Its a blood cell leukemia. Effects immune system.. just in time for covid..Since begining my treatment Ive received nothing but Total Professional care.  The staff here is beyond wonderful  from the ladies at the front reception RNs and Lab Techs. Ive gotten to know many of the staff and feels like family. They WANT us to get better.  Im very lucky to be alive and owe alot to Dr Glick  FL Csncer Specialists Moffitt and Dr Benjamin Blue.

I dont usually do negative reviews but this has to be said. And apparently I am not the only one who thinks this. I have spoken to many people about this establishment. It is just pathetic how unprofessional and rude the front desk is. This is an oncologist office. A place where people go to learn their fate. We are sick and we are tired and we are trying to stay afloat with work and family. THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS COMBAT WITH THE FRONT DESK.  I hear the doctors are great but how great are you with that kind of help.  Today is business day 11 and I still dont have an appt. Monday 2 days ago I expressed my frustration with my PCP. He then referred me to another place who then called on Tuesday afternoon and left a message. I had an appt by early Wednesday morning to see their doctor on Friday. This is with LPG Oncology with Lee Health. They have been nothing but helpful and kind. I will he going to see my dr on Friday and would love to see how long it takes for this joke of an establishment to call to me. I was told yesterday that I would be called today. Nothing. Every day they waste is another day someone is getting more and more sick without medical attention. You dont get sent to an oncologist cause you have a cold. Good riddens If I could give a 5 I would.

I have been a patient at FL Cancer Specialists for 10 years. That alone tells you something I have survived for 10 years and plan on many more. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the practice. My oncologist gave me his cell phone number 10 years ago. I contacted him this morning because i can not get a call back from another practice that I was referred to. My doctor from Florida Cancer Specialists texted me back immediately contacted the doctor again and asked me to let him know the outcome. Maybe this is common but I dont have any other doctors text number. My dad was treated over 20 years ago by another doctor in the practice. He also has nothing but good things to say about FL Cancer Specialists. Both of us underwent chemo so I was involved with a lot of the staff. I found them to all be compassionate caring people.

Great physicians and staff.

Office and clinical staff very kind knowledgeable and responsive to my needs.  They often went above and beyond to see that I was well taken care of.  I found this refreshing in todays medical environment.  They do a good job treating both the patient and the disease.
