I had my first visit with Dr. Espinoza yesterday and she was very smart, kind, and efficient. With that being said her office staff is a nightmare. Pray that you never have a problem because it will be just that YOUR problem. I even spoke with the office manager and was she just repeated herself over and over again. I spoke with them kindly at first trying to appeal to their sense of sympathy but I was met with the same answer basically it could take days to resolve this issue and they'd send a message. Needless to say I cancelled all future appointments and will not be returning. Do not use this office if you have any type of health issue that requires medication.

I liked Dr. Espinoza after my first apt with her. She listened, really listened to me and took my health concerns seriously. More importantly, I know she genuinely heard me, when I received a referral to a cardiologist a week after my first appointment. That’s when I knew she really saw me! I no longer felt alone. Hailey the phlebotomist at this location was amazing. I had slept in from working late night prior and hadn't had food in about 12+ hours. I almost passed out after having my blood drawn but she was so incredibly attentive and helpful in helping me recover. Not to mention helping distract me from the needle in the first place. Thank you!
