As one of or THE first patient to receive a PRP inoculation at Pro Active Pain Management for what my orthopedic surgeon suggested I needed surgery to resolve, I can attest to the expertise of Dr Martinez, his patience and knowledge in providing a safe non surgical alternative. Relocated from PA. At my first appointment for evaluation with Dr. Martinez I gave him a copy of my records from my previous physicians. At my second appointment, I knew Dr. Martinez truly cared because he discussed my history in great detail. He took time to read and understand my past records. This is the mark of a physician who cares. He also discussed how he wanted to approach my continued care. The support staff were all very professional but also very personable and friendly. As a health care provider myself, I would highly recommend Dr. Martinez. Update on 11/26/2020 - After completing my course of therapy with Dr. Martinez in October, I was completely pain free. After 5 weeks, I am still pain free. It is so nice to find a physician who actually cares and who is very good at what he does. This is a rare combination in the health care world. My neurosurgeon faxed a referral twice to his office. Additionally, I left repeated voicemails over a two week period without any response. This practice displays a lack of compassion for patients in pain. Highly recommend going elsewhere!!

THANK YOU, Dr Michael Martinez and His Staff really made my visit Outstanding.. I loved the doctor's mannerism and personality along with his staff.. today is my first visit with the doctor. I have arachnoiditis along my spine. Unfortunately I have been recommended for a nerve stimulator to put in my back..before my visit I really really didn't know if that was going to be the right choice.. dr. Michael Martinez explain everything to me and I now will give it a go. . There is nothing else that can be done. He told me no more surgeries which I already knew but it was confirmed by him today 7/24.. I do believe this will be a good outcome.. right now arachnoiditis is definitely flared up And won't go away. So basically What I am saying, it's time... I also want too thank Doctor Thomas Morrell my pain management doctor.. he is the greatest along with his wonderful staff. Dr. Morrell referred me to him.. Dr Morrell knew exactly what I need.. both doctors go back to back they are excellent.. thank you from the bottom of my heart..💛🌹🌹💙 I have Three more special people in my life. My daughter-in-law Donna my son Mark and my best friend Deb..You three have Been My support system. My daughter-in-law did research on arachnoiditis and sent it to me. My son who loves me from the Moon and back sometimes doesnt understand the amount of medication I take for the pain. But he loves me from the Moon and back My best friend she has supported me and educated me in many ways. Facts of arachnoiditis and all my life trials. They are my besties....💛♥️♥️♥️💙

Dr Martinez has helped me manage fibromyalgia pain. He is very pleasant, listens well and is very thorough. He has an excellent staff and his PA, whom I am comfortable seeing, is knowledgeable and competent. Impression of practice is they use as few drugs as possible to achieve optimal results. Give them a try!

Dr Martinez office is the best they Actually care about there patients I have been seeing Dr Martinez for two years and his office staff is the best

I've been seeing Dr Martinez since we arrived in 2018. He is also taking care of my 92 year ole mother, he knows us by name. I can't say the same of my other doctors. Dr Martinez has a great staff and he is a great doctor..

Everything was fine except the long wait to see Dr. Martinez.

Dr Martinez is one of the best physicians I have received treatment since being in FL a little over 10 yrs. He listens and discusses all treatment options. He’s not a provider that is quick to write a prescription and get you out the door. I was so disappointed when he left the center I was seeing him at. As soon as I heard he opened his own clinic, I made the immediate change back to him. While his office is a bit of distance, he is well worth it! His staff is kind and courteous as well and an overall great experience at each appointment.
