List of Nch Bonita Springs Emergency Department's Reviews
By pass this facility and go right to the ER unless for something very simple. Not staffed for real emergencies and you usually end up being transported to the hospital after wasting precious hours to be diagnosed and treated properly!!
They are the best my doctor and my nurse she look after me and bought me a blanket that i love to death and a goofy hat💝💝 i miss her 😍 if u r sick and are afraid she is the best and my doc she has a dog called partidge😍
My daughter was seen with excellent and professional care ~
I had a horrible experience I visited Monday night with bad stomach pains saw Dr.Lee she herself was great very professional it was the nurse Gen that needs to be told to keep her opinions to herself she made me feel uncomfortable and the doc at that! I told the nurse I would like a different nurse and she said “No there’s no one else” I won’t be going back there.
Fantastic staff, great doctor and nurses. This emergency room is very clean and they treated me as if I were family. The Nurse Chris is very professional and Dr. Krabacher treated the problem and I am already getting better.
Well working around the house I accidentally hit my finger on a saw, I went to NCH emergency room end it was a fantastic experience. From checking in to the nurses the doctor, x-ray, everybody treated me fantastic I didn’t wait long, Even with getting stitches I was out in under an hour. How can you beat that!
People were nice and professional but should it really take 6 hours in the ER to be seen. I walked out. But my wife is an NP and discussed my labs with the charge.
Great service. Was in and out quickly. Xray and swabs were done and results back with in 2 hours. Respiratory therapist was knowledgeable and fast. Was happy with service and time frame.
I came in late evening this last August.. I was told this was the best ER in the area, I was greeted by security officer who was very friendly, I went in and there was only 1 other person in the waiting area.. the young man who took my information was friendly and informative.. I had not been in the area long and am here temporarily to get and receive specialized care for chronic health issues.. because I've had major open heart surgery in the past as well as many chronic ongoing confirmed health diagnosis I know that trying to tell or explain this can be confusing and complicated especially since I have memory recall issues.. so I keep a folder with me for emergencies to help assist me when I must give information. The nurse I saw was in for only a moment, she was professional but had no patience to let me answer her questions, and even with my list given for her to list my medications it still was done incorrectly,I told them I was there because of extreme pain from a fall on my back. I was running a temperature close to 100 degrees and my blood pressure was checked and high.. probably more than normal from pain. I never had blood drawn or anything else done until the nurse returned half hour later to say they would do a x-ray to see if anything major showed up.. I do not take pain medicine but the 30mg shot of toradol gave no relief ( I only said I felt no pain relief but chose to not say anything else for fear of being labeled "drug seeker") which I know happens everywhere. I had the Dr. Benjamin Lehr I believe was his name stick his head in for a fast minute to say no breaks shown.. my records say he did a extensive physical of me, but even with memory issues I can say with surety " He did Not".. I could hear the nurses saying it was late and to hurry me up and out.. I maybe I seemed a simple woman, but as a educated past teacher for many years I am not.. I attempted to ask what else I could do, was told as I was escorted out 2 hrs later to just use heat.. or cold?? I have pulmonary fibrosis and coincidentally after seeing my scan results saw it noted no breaks but bilateral dependant atelectasis.. they never commented on it, never addressed it..and for all they know I could had collapsed lungs.. but I guess that's not relevant. The nicest staff was the young man checking me in who came back and chatted with me throughout my visit, and the kind security man.. I am disabled with Medicare.. now 4months later I have a small balance that I get notices on every week..( I live on a tight budget alone) no mercy in that regard...but the facility was clean, and maybe if not for a weekend night my care would had been a bit more through.. I can say this the ER is better than some and most I've been too.. so rate that as you may.. but care today isn't like it was when I was a younger woman and I think it is lacking most everywhere you go, if your lucky you are there on the right day,if not to bad, it's a game of Russian Roulette no matter where you are. To the non- medical staff working that night..thank you for your kindness and empathy.
This hospital is the best the SWFL. Every experience here has been amazing! The docotors and nurses are all so kind and understanding and the rest of the staff is to. Whenever I have to come they get me in and out. I would highly recommend coming here above any other hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
