The staff was very friendly and attentive to me. I was seen promptly and was given excellent care. Luckily they were able to fix me right up. Harmony was fantastic

I went today for the first time to this facility. Its brand new very clean and everyone was so friendly I was lucky enough to be the only customer at the time and I was in and out of there quickly but not rushed. I had interaction with the lady at the desk Harmony who took me to the exam room and did vitals and Dr. Douglas and they were all wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.

I was seen very promptly. Beautiful new facility. Intake was thorough and professional by RN. I was seen promptly by PA Emily Garrett. Expert care was provided. As retired RN Nurse Practitioner I appreciated the level of care provided appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to all the staff.

Worst urgent care Ive ever been to. Waited 2 hrs and had to leave to go to another one. They lie about their wait times and terrible customer service. Would not recommend wasting your time.

Went in with what turned out to be Type A influenza with a temp of 104. It’s now Tuesday and the prescription and advice they gave me has my temp down to 100 and I feel 100x better. The longest part of the wait was filling gout the paperwork since I’d never been there. Very friendly staff and doctor. They made me wear a mask which I was somewhat impressed with as I’ve never been to an urgent care type facility that did that. I’m not always a fan of NCH but this facility was great.
