List of Nch Healthcare System's Reviews
Dr Riveron’s staff is completely incompetent. Rude. Doesn’t know the first thing about taking care of patients. They might as well all get paid as a receptionist. That’s about what they’re worth.
Came here 101021. Fairly new to Fl and had previously been to Lee Memorial Community Hosp on Cleveland Ave which was a terrible ER experience from my perspective. This Hospital however was great was it was like night and Day. It was clean I was taken in immediately was seen had tests almost immediately. The Drs and nurses the reception staff the person who registered me I cant say enough how great NCH Bonita Springs was. I wouldnt hesitate to return here.
Excellent caring facility with stateofthe art technology. It took a return visit but it was finally Dr Bethel’s persistence and expertise that accurately diagnosed my problem. In timely consultation with a surgeon on a Friday night they admitted me to NCH North where I had emergency surgery the next day. Forever grateful. The nurses were highly competent and compassionate as well.
We are always in and out.
We show up 20 minutes before they closed 440pm website says they close at 7 and before even being greeted or helped the ladies at the front proceed to say “we close in 20 minutes so what do you need”. Meanwhile there is a covid pandemic and I’m not sure if they’re aware but covid and sicknesses don’t take days off lol. So they proceed to waste their own time by trying to do everything but get us helped all we wanted was a check up and vitals done to make sure we were on the right track getting better during quarantine. They call us rude and we can hear them yelling in the back about how we came in late and it’s a holiday and blah blah blah. Literally the most selfish group of health care providers we have ever encountered. Long story short we were in and out in 22 minutes and we accidentally kept them an extra two minutes past closing time. Very shameful and they should consider switching careers.
Worst service ever
Well working around the house I accidentally hit my finger on a song I went to NCH emergency room end it was a fantastic experience. From checking in to the nurses the doctor xray everybody treated me fantastic I didn’t wait long Even with getting stitches I was out in under an hour. How can you beat that
My first visit was for — what I learned 2 doctors later — a torn retina. The doctor on call was very kind but because this location didn’t have the specialist or the equipment though I called ahead of time to ensure there was an ophthalmologist on call he referred me to another doctor who then referred me to another. I finally finished paying all those deductibles for a surgery I had to have repaired anyway. The second visit was for what I thought was severe sciatica. The doctor spent all of 2 minutes with me then told me he would refer me because — guess what — they didn’t have the equipment. When I told him I was in severe pain and couldn’t lie down at night he told me to take 2 Tylenol. I ended up having a full hip replacement where bone was growing into bone. So much for HIS medical expertise. Each visit is $1000 plus extra doctor’s fees. While I didn’t have to wait long either time and the faculty as well as the support staff were very nice. I think I’ll just go to the regular ER if heaven forbid I need immediate medical attention again.
If i come across the rude doctor that attended my lady im throwing hands with her dont go to this dollar store emergency room
Abdominal pain over a period of weeks caused me to go this emergency facility. I couldnt have chosen a better place. They were moderately busy but had me registered within 6 or 7 minutes. Five minutes later they got me into a cubicle for my exam. The nurse phlebotomist and doctor all did a great job with professionalism and empathy. When I left they gave me a lot of informative papers that further explained my condition and how to deal with it. Thanks to all who took care of me there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
