I had an appointment today at the Bonita location. Under the weather with a flu like cold. The Doctor who’s saw me was Dr Patel. I have to say what a pleasant surprise. Thorough, compassionate and extremely professional. The staff were just as nice. Worth the trip.

This review is for the location at 28410 Bonita crossings ste 140 which I assume moved from this location listed. It's NCH immediate care. I brought my kiddo in for ear infection check. The nurse was a pediatric ER nurse at a local hospital. He was amazing, and took the time to explain in detail how to handle the high fevers my son was experiencing. The doctor was also equally great and caring. So thank you! The immediate care was part of our dully medial system and had visibility to their records back and Chicago. I would highly recommend this facility due to the great care they gave my 9M old son. They were great with him.

I called today after my primary with Nch couldn’t see me, I spoke to Manny he is so nice and so professional that I went in to meet him and now I’m just waiting for my time to be seen ⭐️

This clinic is awesome. Great people working at this clinic, and dr Elizabeth cox was wonderful She is very caring and comforting and thorough with everything.

I have been suffering with Covid cough for six or seven weeks. I stopped in to the immediate care facility in Bonita Springs. Dr. Cox examined And prescribed medications to attack my ailment from every angle. I feel much better already. She was very pleasant and very thorough. And the nurses and the ladies at the front desk were exceptionally pleasant also.

If you need immediate care, stay away from this place. They won’t see you unless you are on a waiting list. Lee Health is much better. Will not go back.

♥️BEST PLACE EVER!! Was there for my 2 year old. 1st. You can wait at home and they will text you when they are near ready to see you. 2nd. They were so nice! 3rd. They are fast and efficient 4th. In and out within the hour. Best nurse, doctor and staff! Thank you guys for all you do. 🙏
