I have been seeing Donna MacDougall for rehab on my right wrist. She is very patient and knowledgeable and my recovery is coming along faster than I expected. Everybody in this facility is very nice and I highly recommend it.

This is easily one of the worst primary care practices I've encountered. My previous doctor left, after multiple phone calls of trying to get a new Dr. at NCH to get an RX filled, no one ever called me back. After my 5th phone call, someone finally answered. Only to be put on hold and hung up on. A month after the rx, still no new doc or rx. Stay away from these clowns.

I've never felt better that help me so much getting stronger and they are all kind and very much wanting you to get better the have me walking without a chain or a Walker! It's how much they pay attention to you so you can be your best. We are working on my balance I'm not great but I'm getting better. Ty guys

We are on vacation and my son got terribly sick. They made the intake process easy and painless even though we are from out of town. They were able to do a strep test with results then and there! Wrote us a prescription to fill and we were out the door. Great people and kind to my son.

I had diagnostic imaging tests done at Bonita Springs NCH. I don't write reviews often but for this facility I'll take as much time as needed because a) I want to convey special thanks to them and b) I think it'll be helpful for others to know where to get exceptional treatment. The staff was incredibly considerate, helpful and organized. They switched things around as needs came up and navigated the situation smoothly with great communication. I was particularly impressed by the kindness and attention offered by Barbara. In the times of cold, robotic, profit oriented medical care, she stands out as an amazing human who cares. She does not just provide great professional service but she also offers comfort and attention to all details. I have rarely seen this in the current health care system. Most highly recommended.

Niemand möchte im Urlaub krank werden, aber leider hat es unsere Tochter erwischt. Schon kurz vor dem Urlaub hatte sie "ein komisches Gefühl im rechten Ohr", was sich dann leider von Tag zu Tag verschlimmert hat. Der Besuch einer Apotheke bzw. eines Apothekers war leider nicht hilfreich. Ohrentropfen und Schmerztabletten brachten keinerlei Verbesserung, ganz im Gegenteil. Laut Apotheker hätten wir noch 1-2 Tage versuchen sollen, ob die Tropfen helfen, aber ich habe dann entschieden wir gehen in ein "Not"-Ärztehaus (da am Labor Day die normalen Ärzte alle keine Sprechstunde hatten. Für lebensbedrohliche Erkrankungen ist das NCH aber nicht geeignet, da sollte man in die Notaufnahme eines Krankenhauses gehen. Ich habe meine Tochter schon online angemeldet und man bekommt eine voraussichtliche Wartezeit mitgeteilt und kann daheim warten und fährt erst zum Termin in die Praxis. Ein klasse Service. Wir hatten aber nur einen Patienten vor uns und konnten so direkt hinfahren. Am Empfang mussten mehrere Formulare ausgefüllt werden, das nahm schon einige Zeit in Anspruch. Dann ging es ins Behandlungszimmer, wo eine sehr nette und lustige Schwester vorab einige Dinge abgeklärt und erfragt hat. Die Ärztin selbst war so was von nett und goldig, ein Traum. Ob sie sich immer so viel Zeit nimmt, oder nur weil wir Selbstzahler waren? Oder weil wenig los war? Die Diagnose war leider nicht so toll, denn unsere Tochter hatte eine sehr heftige Mittelohrentzündung. (Ich dürfte es mir sogar ansehen). Die Untersuchung hat $211 gekostet. Sicherlich kein Schnäppchen, aber ich gab sogar mit etwas mehr gerechnet. Die 2 Antibiotika (Tabletten und Ohrentropfen) kamen dann nochmal $124, die mussten wir aber in der Apotheke holen und bezahlen. Aber ein toller Service, die Dame vom Empfang hat für uns eine geöffnete Apotheke herausgesucht und sogar schon das Rezept rüber gefaxt, damit die Tabletten und Tropfen für uns abgefüllt werden, das hat unsere Wartezeit dann deutlich verringert. Insgesamt sind wir eine knappe Stunde dort gewesen. Im Wartebereich haben wir gut gesessen, im TV konnten wir die News zu Dorian verfolgen. Kostenloses WiFi wird angeboten. Die Gänge und Behandlungszimmer sind picobello ordentlich und sauber gewesen. Nach knapp 2 Tageb ging es unserer Tochter dann deutlich besser und sie konnte den Urlaub wieder genießen.
