I went for a follow up pap smear and was totally discounted by the Nurse Practitioner. She could not perform the proceedure after trying 3 times. She said it was good enough even though she could not enter the cervix and dismissed my concern. She followed up with a phone call saying that all was well even though I had tested positive for HPV and had a previous LEEP saying it was my "Mentality" that was the problem? How can you get a result if you could not perform the simple pat test?

Great doctor, but office staff doesn't answer phone calls promptly, call backs take all day, if they call you back, it's at the end of the day.

Dr. Alessi is a good doctor, but TRY and get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Very frustrating.

Dr Alessi is so nice and very friendly however if you need to go through the office staff or the nurse answering the calls it can be a nightmare! Took over 48 hrs to get a call back since I missed the call, had to recall, then missed voice message (at work) then call back....wait. Go to walk in clinic for BP medications being changed.
