Staff members from front desk to technicians were warm and efficient even though it was at the end of the day. Doctor was comforting and friendly as well.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:40. I was not called in until 4:35. No one ever let me know that the office was running so late.The young women who examined me was very friendly and did apologize for the delay.Dr Wiggins was very pleasant. However when I told him that my vision was not as clear as I had hoped he suggested that I use artificial tears. He then left and had his assistant get me some samples and suggested I make an appointment in 1 year.I’m not sure if I will be returning to the Quigley practice.

Chloe the eye technician was thorough and professional. She worked hard to get my eyesight as good as possible. I have been going to eye doctors for sixtyfive years and Chloe is one of the best I have had. Dr. Pickett followed with a comprehensive examination of the inside of my eyeballs. The receptionist was also outstanding as she was able to fit me in after we discover the doctor I was supposed to see was not in that day. Very good appointment for what could have been a bad day.
