Smile Dental's Online Review Report Card

Had a loose tooth that had to be pulled. The dentist, Dr. Bruno Corlini was great and I felt no pain or discomfort. The front desk took care of filing my Humana Medicare insurance I paid nothing out-of-pocket. The cost was $200. This price also included a bone graph so that I could have an implant to replace the tooth. Highly recommend this company for service and pricing. And by the way, my dentist of four years wanted $4700 for the implant, Smile mission is charging me $1800

BAIT AND SWITCH! I double checked on my coverage with both my insurance and the office. I called and then confirmed that I was 100% covered with the office and they still sent me another bill stating it wasn't covered under my benefits. Don't trust this office!

My experience at Smile Dental with Danielle in Feb/March for dental cleaning was good, Danielle is a good hygienist and I would want her to continue to be my dental cleaning lady, However, I had an emergency situation with my air conditioner today that caused me To have to reschedule my appt, the front office receptionist and manager were unwilling to work with me regarding this situation they would not accept my rescheduling without charging me a rescheduling fee of $77. Not acceptable. In my opinion these people are heartless! I'm quite sure they would not pay any cancellation fees to any company they do business with if they had an emergency situation like the one I had let alone A Rescheduled fee! This is gauging the customer on all levels. Additionally, they did work on my husband teeth without letting him know that they were no longer doing business with his insurance provider, this caused him to pay unnecessary bills that would have been covered by his insurance provider! Unfortunately he had to find another dentist because he could not trust they would be honorable. I am waiting for a call from the owner Doctor Samantha to review my issue.

My husband and I have been going to Smile Dental for years and are very happy with the care Dr Andisco and her team provide. We have cleanings done twice a year and appreciate the thoroughness and willingness to answer all of my questions. We especially value the honesty we've found at Smile. I've gone in a couple of times with what I thought was a cracked filling and crown pain (done by previous dentist) ,fearing I'd need extensive repairs. Both times, after my hygienist and Dr Andisco examined me, I was told that no repairs were needed! And the issue resolved within days each time. These experiences have greatly increased our faith and trust in this practice as patient care is placed above profit. The staff is efficient and friendly and wait times are minimal.

Our family just became new patients at Dr. Andisco’s office, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire experience! From the moment we walked in, the whole staff made me, my husband, and our daughter feel so welcome and comfortable. The office has such a relaxed, friendly vibe — you can tell right away that everyone truly cares about their patients. Dr. Andisco is fantastic — knowledgeable, gentle, and clearly passionate about providing excellent dental care. The hygienists, Danielle and George, were both amazing with our whole family, taking time to explain everything and making sure we all felt at ease. It’s such a relief to find a dental office that combines genuine warmth with top-notch professionalism. We’re so happy to have found our new family dentist — highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring, expert, and welcoming dental team! 🦷💙

As everyone knows, nobody likes going to the dentist.But, my experience was actually enjoyable. Dr. Samanta Andisco fixed a chip in my tooth expertly and Danielle who did a periodontal scaling on me to perfection is absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Samanta Andisco is the most kind and gentle dentist I’ve ever encountered! After years of bad experiences with other local dentists, I was lucky enough to find her! My family and I are patients for life! She and her staff are amazing!

A Traumatic Dental Experience That Left Lasting Damage It has taken me years to write this review because the experience remains deeply traumatic and emotional. As someone who has undergone multiple surgeries, hospital stays, and has given birth three times, I can confidently say that the worst pain I have ever felt in my life came from the trigeminal neuralgia I developed after receiving dental work at SMILE Dental. The anesthesia used during my procedure did not work properly, and despite voicing my pain and concern, I was dismissed by the staff. I endured hours of extreme, unrelenting pain — both physically and neurologically. What I experienced during that procedure was not just dental trauma, but neurological trauma that changed my life for a long time afterward. In an attempt to find some resolution, I wrote a detailed letter to Dr. Samanta Andisco explaining what happened. When she called me to respond, I hoped to be heard and understood. Instead, I was met with hostility. She became irate and yelled at me over the phone. I don’t know if she feared legal repercussions or simply couldn’t tolerate criticism, but her reaction left me feeling fragmented, dismissed, and emotionally devastated. Thankfully, I eventually found a compassionate and skilled biological dentist who was able to help repair the physical damage. But the emotional and neurological healing took much longer. As a healthcare provider myself, I would never treat a patient the way I was treated. I share this now because it is cathartic — and because I want to caution others. Please be mindful and careful when choosing a dental provider. Your health and your voice matter. 0 stars
