List of Thomas Morell's Reviews
Dr Morell is the absolute best. Spends time. Very thorough. Answers all questions. Very pleasant and caring. Never rushed. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.
Dr Morell is the absolute best. Very pleasant and courteous. Spends time. Answers your questions concisely. He has helped me immensely in dealing with my chronic pain. His staff is also excellent and friendly.
The front desk staff were very rude to me. I have a sore throat and asked to reschedule so I wouldn’t get them sick, and they were very mean and not understanding. You can clearly hear in my voice I have a sore throat and they said I can now never come in and bullied me and hung up on me. I am totally shocked they treat clients this way with no compassion or understanding. I am seeking a long term neurologist and if the doctor knew the full story surely he would reschedule. If he heard my voice surely he would have had compassion. I can never imagine treating someone that is sick in such a nasty way simply because I didn’t want to get anyone in their office sick.
He doesn't like to be challenged in any of his exam room opinions. He told me to find another neurologist after I had to cancel two appointments with him. The cancelations took place on the same day of my appointment. I am disabled and somedays I have trouble walking. I guess I experienced discrimination.
I was referred to Dr. Morell from a friend. From the first call I made to make an appointment I knew I had the right doctor. The front desk was so helpful and polite. When I arrived to my appointment I was amazed that I was taken on time . I noticed how clean the office was and courteous staff . The nurse that took me into the room asked a few questions before the doctor arrived. After a conversation with Dr. Morell he scheduled a MRI for me. He knew how much pain I was in. After finding out my condition , PT began. 3 months later I am much better and know how to take care of it. Ms. Potter
Dr. Thomas Morrell & staff were very professional & great customer service for me. The staff assisted me with answering the questionair needed for first time patients as well as answering any questions I had. When meeting the Dr, excellent & very attentive to my concerns. Gave a thorough examination and sending me for MRI to get some answers on my condition. Great Dr & team. Thanks for your help.
He answers all your questions. Very informative, pleasant. Dr. Morell is one of the very best doctors I’ve been to. His staff is also very nice and attentive to your needs
I had a great experience at this office and Dr. Morell and his staff made me feel like I mattered and I wasn't just a number.
If I could rate the doctor and the staff separately, I would. Upon walking in for my first visit, the front desk associate was very kind, handed me my papers, copied my insurance and ID and instructed me to take a seat. Melodee, Dr Morell's nurse started off kind, however she rushed my own thoughts and finished most of my sentences. Dr Morell himself was soft spoken, good bedside manners and took his time explaining things. The MRI showed three herniated or protruded discs with a tear. After explaining possible treatment, they sent me home with steroids, tramadol for pain, and meloxicam for pain/inflammation. I had an allergic reaction to the pain med, called the office and the nurse (Melodee), called me back. She was rather gruff and didn't really want to hear what I was saying. She advised me to stop taking pain med and take Tylenol which I thought was ironic because they told me at my office visit I was taking way too much. Fast forward a few days I had bent over and could not get back up, called the office in severe pain requesting new imaging thinking something else must be wrong. I can't stand upright and I have radiating pain down both legs and severe pelvic pain. Melodee, the nurse called me back after about an hour and a half, advising that they do not want to order new imaging, but will call me in a muscle relaxer and place a referral for pain management. Pain management office calls me, Insurance is not excepted, I call Dr. Morell's office back and again the front desk representative started off very kind but then quickly and candidly advised me to call my insurance company to find a Dr who is covered or pay out of pocket. I advise the young lady that I was not from that area, and I did not know who Dr. Morell has referred to in the past. She quickly, with a raised tone, informed that she cannot help me until I provide her with a list of doctors they can send referrals to. Let me clarify I was bawling while in severe pain. Since then, they have been very candid and short with me. I ended up finding my own pain management (no referral needed), received epidural injections and now have an upcoming rhizotomy scheduled. So sad...
I called his office and got great customer service I’d be new patient for bells palsey

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
