I am a Registered Nurse and was referred to Dr. Kahaly by a doctor who I work with. The appointment that I scheduled for 3 months out was rescheduled a week before as he was now going to be out of town. The person I spoke with was impolite and unhelpful. I was given a new appointment time which interfered with my work schedule. After making accommodations and arriving 15 minutes before my appointment time I was informed that I was actually 15 minutes late and had been given the incorrect appointment time. The doctor now refused to see me. A very helpful young woman even went up to his office to try and explain what had happened and he still refused to see me. I am appalled at this rude and arrogant behavior. I will not be rescheduling with this doctor and will let others know they should not as well. As a nurse who spends the workday caring for patients I have zero tolerance for this type unprofessional behavior. If a mistake is made professional responsibility should be taken and the issue resolved. Shame on this doctor.
