List of Alex Zopo's Reviews
The Doctor is very nice! I am leaving this review specifically for one of the the receptionists. Linda was so pleasant, and went above and beyond to help me. It’s a difficult job, and she is very kind and considerate, with a smile on her face! It was very nice to be helped by a person that is happy to help! Thanks Linda!😀👍🏻 I go to the office on Jog Rd!
Dr Zopo is the best.
I am 68 yrs old and I live alone, I was home before the holidays, I must have picked up a strep throat with evolved into what felt like pneumonia, I called their office, one morning and was told NOT to come in with anything raspatory. at this point I had tried over the counter or about a week and was really ill. They told me to take a covid test. I was told the Doctor would call me. I took the test and in my fever , I didn't wait the 15 minutes and read it wrong. In my fever I though I did due to reading the test wrong in my feverish stuper, but didn't have covid. I called in twice and he finally called me late afternoon. 5 minutes and told me it must be covid, I should wait it out. MY THROAT WAS ON FIRE , I told him so after telling him this was more than covid, he filled a prescription for a Zpack. These people in these offices are NOT HEROES, they are wimps. and Oh by the way, NO FOLLOW UP, nothing no call to see how I was doing, nothing. Awful practice overall, Totally impersonal

Dr zopo was fine for awhile until the switch from Humana HMO to Aetna PPO then it seemed like he could care less my insurance agent told me HMO Drs were paid to keep you out of the hospital which Dr zopo admitted anyway over a year ago I complained about numbness in my left hand I am a barber and could not hold a comb in my hand lasted about 10 mins at a time he told me to hold my hands out palms down then said well you don't have parkinson's and that was that well it was happening more often and longer so I took myself to the ER they said I was having ats if I can remember the letters but any way a year later I told him again and he asked how often it was happening and said seems like it's getting better so I went back to ER stayed for 4days and they confirmed I was having stokes that whole year the last thing zopo said to me on our last visit was good luck and that I should go back to humana this was a text book stoke
Alex Zopo has been an amazing doctor, Always taking the time to listen, He is more available than most doctors these days, and has an amazing bedside manner. Although a little out of the way for me, I feel its worth the trip. I have sent a few referrals over and everyone I have sent is as happy with him as me. The practice's in-house phlebotomists are amazing as well, as I am not normally good with needles.
I called to schedule a new patient visit and they informed me that no new patients till April.or May.
While I had Humana HMO zopo was ok since I change to Aetna PPO he told me I was on my own I was having small stokes for a year hand was numb I'm a barber could not hold comb told me to hold out my hands plans down since I wasn't shacking he just said I didnt have parkinson's and that was that I went to ER they told me I was having small stokes the last time after a year of me telling him what was happening he ask me how often this was happening he said it sounds like it's getting better that when I took myself to ER to spite what his reviews say he couldn't care less of what you feel or you concerns and he admitted to me that HMO doctors are paid to keep you out of the hospital PPO your on your own
My husband and I have been going to DR.Zopo since we moved here in 2010. He is easy to talk to, listens to us, is very knowledgeable and professional. I am very critical of doctors and have been to many that were not up to my standards. Dr. Zopo is very special, and we are glad we found him, particularly as we age and have more medical concerns.
This is the worst doctor’s office I have gone to. They are a mill. I have had continuous problems reaching them by phone. On top of that they screwed up my daughter’s medical records. I literally have to go to their office if I want to speak to a person. I have since changed doctors and I’m happy now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
