The doctor and all the staff are very friendly. I travel far because I feel very comfortable with them. The doctor listens to you and listens to your concerns. He always treats the best for the patient first and that makes me feel confident. I recommend it 100%👌

Very unpleased.. the receptionist I spoke with said they except Aetna hmo insurance. I made an appointment with her on the phone right then and there. Waited about a month for this appointment to see an ENT doctor and two days before my appointment the office calls me saying they do not except my insurance and will only see me if I pay out of pocket costs they can keep my appointment. When I asked if they can refer me to another ENT that excepts my insurance, they said they are unable to help me with that. You have wasted my time, when I could have made an appointment with someone who can actually help me. Especially, when I have been ill with my tonsils repeatedly. I have to suffer another month to wait for an appointment because of this mistake.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Archilla, an ENT specialist, with my husband, and I must say that the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked into the clinic, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Archilla himself is a true professional with a remarkable bedside manner. He took the time to listen attentively to my husband's concerns and asked thoughtful questions to better understand his symptoms. It was evident that Dr. Archilla genuinely cared about my husband's well-being and wanted to provide the best possible treatment. What truly stood out to us was Dr. Archilla's compassionate and empathetic approach. He recognized the anxiety my husband was feeling and took the time to address it, offering reassurance and support. His kind demeanor and ability to connect with patients on a personal level made a significant difference in our overall experience. In summary, our visit to Dr. Archilla's ENT clinic was nothing short of excellent. The combination of exceptional medical expertise, genuine care, and outstanding customer service truly sets Dr. Archilla and his team apart. I highly recommend Dr. Archilla to anyone in need of an ENT specialist who values their patients and provides top-notch treatment.

Dr. Archilla evaluated me in Bethesda Memorial for a cough that no other doctor was able to properly diagnose. He was extremely informative, patient, took the time to answer every question I had, and was able to properly diagnose me. He was reassuring and I've made improvements since seeing him. Additionally, he was extremely gentle with the scope. I barely felt anything.

Dr. Archilla is a very friendly/professional ENT. I had a septoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction surgery. He was happy to answer the questions I had before/after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Archilla.

First and foremost, Dr. Archilla is an amazing Doctor. I called their office after experiencing a nasal fracture, and they were able to see me the next day. Dr. Archilla acted quickly once he saw that I had developed a septal hematoma. (I thought my nose was just swollen from the break). He gave excellent post surgical care instructions and now I feel like i can breathe better than before before breaking my nose. He was patient and answered all of my questions in a way that's easy to understand. Very Awesome. The staff and his P.A. are equally as great. They are very organized, and the waits aren't long at all. (I moved up to Boynton Beach from Miami where I've had to wait 2-3 hours to be seen for a check up.) So it was a lovely experience to be seen so quickly and WITHOUT the pressure of being rushed through. I definitely recommebd Dr. Archilla and this practice, to anyone who is on the fence about finding a good E.N.T. Doctor.

Dr Archilla schedules appointments every 10 minutes. I was 40 minutes beyond my appointment time just getting in to see assistant, then another 15 minutes before I saw the doctor. Although he may be a good doctor, I won’t go back. And, the front desk staff person was rude.

The staff is dynamic. They have an entrance for the adults and for the kids. I love the setting and the staff is so welcoming and everyone tried to go out of their way to help. I miss seeing him, he's the best
