Although dr tokayer USA wonderful Rheumotologist, his office staff is rude and useless. Having left 10 messages to schedule my prolia shot, I had to physically go to the office to get it done. They thought they were doing me a favor by getting me in the next week. However when I asked for my records, they were sent in three days. Interesting right. Horrible rude office staff. Nurses who administer meds were lovely.

I have seen Dr. Tokayer now twice for a condition i had seen other doctors for that didn't understand or care to do the research and work that Dr. Tokayer did. He is one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, honest, smart doctors i have ever been to. Would it be they were all like this one. He is what you want for in a doctor.

Although I had mixed results with Dr. Tokayer's staff verifying coverage and the receipt of a referral, my office experience with Dr. Tokayer was something next to wonderful. Dr. Tokayer is remarkably thorough and insightful, kind and compassionate, attentive and generous with his time. His interest in and genuine concern about my condition made me feel like I had made the right choice for a doctor to possibly oversee my care.

Office staff is incompetent. Never followed up with my insurance company for the medication that I was supposed to receive at the office on my appointment. I expressed my concerns with them and they will no longer treat me. Unbelievable

One of the best doctors I ever had. He has compassion, humanity and excellent bedside manners. He has been treating for several years and thank to his treatment my health has been better than I though it could be! I recommend him without any doubt. His assistant, Kathy, is an excellent and knowledgeable person! Wonderful team!

Best DOCTOR around however, office staff is TERRIBLE. Kathy his assistant is so sweet and kind. Scheduler is RUDE beyond belief and the billing staff is not willing to work with patients who want to actually pay their bills. Instead they cancel your appointments last minute and won't return your telephone calls. I have now left several different messages on different days and not one person has called me back.
