I wanted a second opinion since my allergy shots weren’t working for me, and I heard so many positive things about Dr. Koutsonikolis. My experience was beyond expectations. Dr. K. Is one of the kindest, most patient and thorough medical professionals I have met. The visits for pre-testing, testing, and explanations of the test results were so informative and helpful. Dr. K took his time to explain everything, test further to ensure nothing was missed. During the final consultation/evaluation, Dr K was extremely thorough about my alternatives. It’s obvious Dr. K loves what he does, enjoys his patients, and cares so much about helping. In these days of insurance red-tape, and the pressure of doctors to see their patients on time, I was amazed at how short my waiting time was, the efficiency of the office, and how Dr. K and his staff try their best to make the office a “happy place” - knowing the patients are suffering from all sorts of allergies and really don’t enjoy getting needles in their arms. The medical professionals who work with Dr. K (Glenecia, Paola, and Reverie) are lovely and quick with their testing, not the most pleasant part of the visit. The office staff (Criss, Mayra, and Celica) are so friendly and helpful even though it’s such a busy practice - constant flow of patients to see Dr. K or for their routine shots. Dr. K has a unique system for getting shots. In the waiting room, patients scan their card, which tells the staff the patient has arrived so they can promptly prepare the shots. This enables patients to get in and out quickly. I have never seen such an efficient and considerate system for busy people. This says a lot about Dr. K’s busy practice. I am so pleased. Dr. K is the doctor to see if you have allergies, even if you have to travel a little to get to the office. It will be well worth the time!

I like the Dr but the office staff can be rude and annoying to deal with.

As a former employee and patient of Dr. K... I know he is the best in the business. Extremely thorough and willing to dig deep to find a resolution. If I still lived in the area, I would still be his patient. I can't speak of his current staff but was recently in his area and thought I would leave a review.

Dr K and his staff are the best!! As a patient of some years now, I can truly say I’m beyond impressed by the level of care and attention I’m shown. Always attentive, always a call back, always helpful. An honor and a pleasure to have found them… and recommend them.

We brought our son here for allergy testing. I just want to say that Dr. Koutsonikolis is a really nice guy and we will definitely be back. My son has autism and gets anxiety at the Drs office but when we came here my son told me several times .."good doctor". It was a beautiful experience and we are so happy we found this place. We are very picky about my son's healthcare team and my husband liked this doctor because he doesnt mind questions and will explain everything. I like him because he shows he cares about my son and shows lots of patience and compassion.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother-in-law. She always has such nice things to say about not only Dr. K but also his office staff. The ladies in the front are always kind and helpful. The ladies who administer the allergy injections are professional and friendly. Dr. K is truly attentive and understanding and the best around. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Dr. Koutsonikolis! I came in to test for shellfish allergies, and he was very thorough, caring, and professional. He was attentive and insured that all of my concerns were addressed. His staff was also very nice! I would highly recommend going to him
