Always a snarky and condescending attitude from the person answering your phones to schedule appointments. I’ve tried calling 2 times to schedule a first-time appointment with Dr. Strippoli and each time I called, the receptionist was so nasty I decided not to book with this doctor. It’s a shame because he came highly recommended, but if this receptionist is who I have to deal with every time I call there, then no thanks, I’ll find another gastroenterologist.

Stay Away! I agree will all the reviews that say the staff is very rude. The lady Mari hung up on me several times. I reported them to my Insurance Company. I called the office manager Janet several times also because they scheduled my Colonsopy with a center that my Insurance doesn't take. Who does that!! they should have known that, I never had that happen ever before with any Doctor. Stay far away. How could you feel good about getting a procedure with them if they are treating you like this. I wouldn't trust them

Our primary care dr. recommended a colonoscopy and Dr S. Our first visit was 12/16 when the colonoscopy was scheduled. Because my husband had a really bad fever and had been on antibiotics, he recommended a ct scan. That was performed on 12/30. I called and left numerous messages for Dr. He finally got back to us 25 days later with CT scan results and a recommendation to see a urologist. 25 days? c'mon. We will return to his office for a follow-up after colonoscopy. But when I have to schedule mine, I will not be contacting this Dr.
