The first time I met DoctorWentworth I thought she was going to be like the other Doctor's no bedside manners, but she treated me so awesome it was like we were friends that was lost that came back together but I respected her as my doctor I couldn't recommend a better person, doing the covid 19 time she reached out to me and call me at home to check me out awesome doctor if I could continue to ride up to Jacksonville to see her I would but it's such a long ride up there but if you're looking for a great dermatologist Pick doctor Ashley Wentworth please

This morning we had an appointment for my fourteen year old daughter. We had been referred to Dr. Wentworth by a friend. The day before I was called by Mayo Clinic and asked to arrive at 8:05 for my 8:20 appointment. I believed the lady told me over the phone that the office was in the "Kennedy" building on the second floor. In fact she was saying "Cannady." We drove around the very large campus for about 15 minutes before realizing the source of our confusion. We then went to the wrong check in on the second floor before going to the correct one. At 8:20 we were in line to be checked in but there were two people ahead of us. We were checked in at 8:32 and after waiting a few minutes were called up and told we were too late and would have to reschedule. Really? You couldn't have asked us to wait a little longer and tried to work us in? Especially after we had driven an hour to our appointment? We will not be rescheduling. I don't care how knowledgable you may be, as a nurse that has been caring for patients for a long time, I feel that not showing grace and humility to a patient is a dealbreaker for me. And by the way paediatric patients do not get themselves to their own appointments. Not treating my daughter because of my misunderstanding this morning is absolutely your loss. She is quite an amazing young girl.
