Carl Spirazza's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of both Dr. Spirazza and Nurse Practitioner Ashley for over 10 years, I think that pretty much all of the staff is kind and caring, while they can get pretty busy sometimes and may make mistakes such as not sending a prescription to the right pharmacy, they try their best to accommodate patients and see them promptly. Getting appointments with Dr. Spirazza can be hard as he is in high demand, however, Ashley is just as great, I have seen her for a few years now and have had great results health-wise. Highly recommend both practitioners.

My very elderly mother saw an ARNP at Dr. Spirazza's office. Their tech tried to draw blood but missed the vein, so they opted to send a lab tech to our house. The lab tech company never called or showed up so I canceled the follow-up appointment by phone. I then received a bill for an appointment no-show.

GREAT Doctor when you actually get to see him. However, trying to get a message to him when you are not physically sitting in front of him is nearly impossible, takes multiple follow up calls or even in-person visits. Also, they don't see sick patients since COVID which is when most people need to go into the Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Spirazza for 18 years. He has always been caring professional that spends time with his patients. Staff is Staff and I never experienced any problems with his. Sorry I can't say that about about many other medical facilities. One thing I have learned is the respect you give is usually the respect you receive . Dr. Spirazza Family Medicine is a Blessing to have them available when you need them!

Love going to see Dr. Spirazza, of all my doctors, he's my favorite. He makes me feel very relaxed, and comfortable in his presence. I have been a patient of his since 2006, and I feel very fortunate that I found him He really has helped me improve my health, and get several issues under control. He doesnt push medication on you, and will give you alternatives treatments to your problem. I highly recommend this Doctor

This has been one of the best doctors offices that I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly and very supportive they are on top of my charts and my medication‘s and they’re making sure that I stay healthy. I would highly recommend this practice to any of my friends or family I don’t think I could’ve found a better doctor especially the nurse practitioners they are number one in my book. A special thank you to Miss Ashley she works very hard on making my health and life much better

Met this doctor a few years back while looking for a GP (moving to Florida). He takes the time to listen and asks you to describe whats wrong and then diagnoses the problem. He treats patients with respect as an individual, not like some cookie cutter operation. Most of his staff are excellent and I have never had an issue with them.

My first visit to the office. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. They took me in exactly on my appointed time. The NP was very patient and thorough. I had been looking for a new doctor and found one with this office. I’m very happy and will bring my family here as well.

Steer clear of this office! The office staff is incompetent to say the least. On my first visit I was there almost 3 hours. On top of that the assistant called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy and I had to chase down where it was. On another occasion, I called their office to get a note to get a covid shot earlier than my age group. NO ONE ever told me it was considered a telemed call and they charged me my co-pay and submitted a claim to my insurance company. When I contacted the office their nasty office manager Darlene insisted I was told and said that the doctor agreed with her - really - was he even a part of it? NO!! . Of course she sticks up for her incompetent staff and lies about it! Wonder why they have such a huge turnover - who can work with a pos like her! On top o9f that they were contacting my father at least once a month to see how he was until he finally told them to stop and were submitting a claim to Medicare without his knowledge. Very greedy and unethical!

Only cares about $$ and this office staff is rude, espeically is office manager Darlene, and incompetent! Extremely high turnover. Every time you go there there are different employees. The wait time was atrocious and he was subpar as far as treatment and diagnosis goes.
