Called physician's office before my son was born to ensure they would perform his circumcision. They refused to set up an appointment. I called when my son was born and was told he had to be 10 pounds or more before they would perform the procedure. Called when my son was 10 pounds and was told they still couldn't perform the procedure because now he was older than 12 weeks. How about just say you don't want to do the procedure. Now I am having difficulty finding a physician to perform the procedure because I was waiting on Dr. Flack and was given the run around and told lie after lie after lie! Now, my son is the one paying the consequences for his inaction!!!! Stay away from this office and this provider.

Dr. Flack is amazing beyond words. In the scariest times in our family’s lives he went above and beyond to take care of my child, answer any and every question I had. He made everything 1,000 times easier on a scared mom! Highly recommend!!

Over an hour to see the doctor. Overcrowded waiting room and a distracted front desk staff. The visit was awful!! I rather drive farther than ending up aggravated over the many things wrong with this doctor visit. People have forgotten than we pay high price for a doctor’s service.

Dr Flacks office was amazing. Ashley was SO patient in working with me and my insurance on behalf of my son- it was complicated but she pursued for our best interest. I am so grateful! Dr Flack was great and Evelyn was amazing! Made my son feel very comfortable. She was very thorough. Compassionate office. Willing to work with you. Very happy

After almost two hours waiting in the waiting room we walked out. Way over book and don't care how long we wait as a result! Terrible office, stay away. Drive, if you have to! It'll be better service. Money Mill Warning. Quantity NOT Quality?

Dr. Flack is an outstanding urologist and surgeon. He saw my 6 month old son for emergency surgery and went above and beyond to help him. He truly cares for his patients and he is very good at what he does. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

My daughter Tatiana has been seen by dr Flack since she was born she’s now 13 years old and is still been seen by him. She has a surgery done by him last year best experience ever they had me updated at all times. Best doctor ever strongly recommended

I waited Over two hours. My time is valuable too! Never going back.

We took our daughter to this Dr for more than 2 yrs b/c of recurring UTIs, during all this time she only saw the PA & was put on a daily dose of antibiotics, which didn't really work, then she started feeling bad, her stomach hurt a lot and I told the PA but she dismissed the antibiotics as the cause, it turns out that after many visits to the ER, tests, weeks of missing school, the antibiotics were the cause and yrs later she is still recovering. I will NOT put any kid through this hell!
